Research On The Development Efficiency Improvement Path Of Sports Industry In Sichuan Province Under The Background Of Digital Economy

Sichuan province is a leading province in the development of sports industry in western China,and has an important strategic position in driving the prosperity and development of sports industry in western China and balancing the development pattern of China’s sports industry.At present,the sports industry in Sichuan province is still in a critical period of structural adjustment,and the lack of development efficiency and lack of power hinder its further transformation and upgrading.The embedding of digital technology provides an important opportunity for the high-quality and efficient development of sports industry in Sichuan province,and accelerates the transformation of old and new drivers of Sichuan sports industry.However,compared with other economic departments in the province,the integration of digital economy and sports industry is insufficient and the degree is shallow,which suppresses the enabling efficiency of digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry in the province.In this background,further analyze the sports industry in Sichuan province development status and efficiency,fully tap the digital economy in Sichuan province sports industry development of short board,efficiency,and seek the sports industry in Sichuan province development efficiency of digital path,to promote the sports industry structure optimization,transformation and upgrading of Sichuan province has important practical significance.This paper takes digital economy as the research background and the development efficiency of sports industry in Sichuan Province as the research object.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)through the analysis of the sports industry in Sichuan province scale,layout,structure and digital innovation four levels,combined with the three stage DEA model efficiency evaluation results,found that the sports industry in Sichuan province development efficiency type belongs to "low pure technical efficiency-high scale efficiency"(low PTE-high SE)mode,pure technical efficiency is the main reason for the development of sports industry in Sichuan province.It is considered that the sports industry in Sichuan Province exists: the development scale of sports industry is not strong,the economic contribution rate is low;and the sports service industry is weak;the spatial layout of sports industry is not balanced,the resource allocation efficiency is not high;the digital innovation efficiency of innovation achievements needs to be improved;the lack of sports industry professionals and poor operation and management efficiency.(2)from the fusion power,fusion form,fusion content three levels to explore the digital economy under the background of sports industry in Sichuan province digital fusion efficiency mechanism,think the digital economy and sports industry in Sichuan province is driven by the internal and external power source,digital technology through partial and complete fusion,penetration and extend the form of fusion,assigned to the sports industry in Sichuan province administrative department,sports enterprises,market consumers.It functions in the guiding mechanism and guarantee mechanism of sports industry in Sichuan Province,and improves the governance efficiency of sports industry in sports administrative departments;It affects the production mechanism,distribution mechanism,innovation mechanism and management mechanism of Sichuan province sports industry,and optimizes the supply mode of sports industry;It acts on the selection mechanism and feedback mechanism of sports industry in Sichuan province to stimulate the consumption demand of sports market.(3)Further explore the digital solutions to improve the development efficiency of Sichuan sports industry from the three dimensions of improving the top-level design,accelerating the supply-side reform and strengthening the demand-side management.
