The overall plan of education is based on teachers.Teachers are the first resource of educational development and the direct executor of transferring professional knowledge and cultivating talents.The development of teachers is of great importance to schools,society and the country.As an academic group,college teachers undertake the role of teaching and educating people,scientific research and serving the society.Their identification with the organization is a problem worth studying.In the process of daily teaching and scientific research,whether they agree with the work of the organization and whether they are satisfied with the organization’s culture,system and environment will have an important impact on the better performance of their duties.Therefore,this study takes university teachers as the research object,takes Z University as an example,studies the current situation of teachers’ organizational identity,analyzes the factors affecting teachers’ organizational identity,and looks for strategies to improve teachers’ organizational identity.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method.After the reliability and validity of 80 initial test samples are tested,the formal questionnaire is determined after the reliability and validity of the questionnaire reaches more than0.90,and the questionnaire is distributed to the teachers of Z University.590 valid questionnaires were collected.Through descriptive statistics,difference analysis,comparative analysis at school level and college level,and regression analysis of the predictive effect of three influencing factors on Teachers’ organizational identity.Descriptive statistical analysis carries out descriptive statistics on the demographic variables from the two aspects of the subject teachers at the school level and the college level.It mainly describes the average value of each item after comparing the data of each item with the median data.Difference analysis is the process of using SPSS software to compare the one-way ANOVA in the mean value,test the items with significant differences,and list them separately for further Levene test or multiple tests,so as to analyze the possible reasons for the differences in demographic items.Finally,the organizational identity level of teachers at the school level and college level and the three influencing factors are compared and analyzed by the overall paired sample t-test,and the relevant conclusions are drawn on whether there are differences in the organizational identity level of teachers at the two levels and the three influencing factors.At the same time,for the impact of the three influencing factors on the organizational identity level of teachers,the regression analysis of relevant data is made to draw the conclusion that the three influencing factors are at the school level,Rank the influence on the level of teachers’ organizational identity,and rank the influence on the level of teachers’ organizational identity at the college level.Through data analysis,the following important conclusions are drawn: first,the recognition level of the teachers of the tested universities to the schools and colleges is above the medium level,but there is still some room for improvement;Second,there are significant differences in the level of organizational identity between teachers of different genders,and between teachers of different ages and organizational identity.There are significant differences between teachers of different working years at the college level and college organizational identity;Thirdly,perceived respect,job satisfaction and organizational justice of the influencing factors are significantly positively correlated with organizational identity.According to the analysis and discussion of the research conclusion,from the order of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward reference suggestions to improve the organizational identity of university teachers at the two levels of the University and the college,that is,the university level needs to optimize and upgrade the campus culture,environment,management mode and school image from a macro perspective;At the college level,teachers’ identity with the organization needs to be improved from the aspects of evaluation methods,communication channels and attention to teachers’ work and life.
