| With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous intensification of social competition,modern people are facing great pressure,and the prevalence of mental diseases increases sharply.Under the background of continuous development in the field of mental health,patients with mental disorders during rehabilitation,as an important part of the society,are a special vulnerable group that cannot be ignored in the process of social development.During the critical period of rehabilitation,their physiology and psychology are undergoing important stage changes.At the same time,they are facing important tasks such as improving social adaptability,recovering social function and promoting social participation.As a necessary part of the key rehabilitation process,social avoidance problem needs to be solved urgently.Based on the practice of "Sunshine Station",a mental rehabilitation service project of D community in Wuhan,this paper conducts an intervention study on the social avoidance of patients with mental disorders in the convalescence period.First of all,the combination of participatory observation,unstructured interview and questionnaire methods such as questionnaire for the integrity of the "sunshine station" now registered in 10 patients with mental disorders convalescence for social focus of evasion and data collection,with reference to the result of the special scale and individual apiration screening to determine six convalescence mental disorders as members of the team.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire survey results and the specific content of participant observation and the interview,for social avoidance issue from the operationalization of the group members’ psychological mood "and" behavior "two dimensions in-depth analysis and grasp,and on the basis of actual demand forecast summary,mainly involved in social cognition,social emotions and three basis points,the specific needs of social behavior.Research choose to growth group after the practice mode to support,the use of cognitive behavior theory as the instruction,has carried on the "yue drift of butterfly,you me" group six groups of specific content design,mainly divided into early,middle and late group three group progressive stage,and combined with the concept of social work professional skills,advantages fully use and play,Specific group activities were carried out to help group members grow and change and improve the bad state of social avoidance.After the group activity,the evaluation of process and results proved that the social avoidance problems of group members were improved to varying degrees.Finally,combined with the analysis of group intervention,this paper draws the conclusions :(1)growth group intervention can effectively improve the social avoidance problems of patients with mental disorders during rehabilitation;(2)Attention should be paid to social avoidance in patients with mental disorders during rehabilitation.After that,the overall service activities were reflected from the selection and application of professional methods,the design and promotion of practice,and the experience and ability of social workers,so as to provide reference for the professional practice of social avoidance of patients with mental disorders in the intervention period of rehabilitation,and on this basis,summarize relevant experience in the promotion of research.This paper tries to put forward some suggestions for the multi-subject participation of individuals,families,communities and society. |
