| Based on the background of national policies encouraging the deepening of the integration of sports and education and strengthening the training of sports reserve talents,this research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to investigate 10 schools that have achieved remarkable results in the training of reserve talents.Starting from the main body participating in the training,it studies the training objectives,training process,training system and guarantee system of the school bocce reserve talent training mode,aiming to explore the problems existing in the current reserve talent training process and seek effective methods.The method is improved,so as to provide suggestions for schools to cultivate reserve talents for bocce,and to provide some theoretical reference for other schools that are about to carry out bocce.The results of the study found:The training mode of ground throwing reserve talents is not mature and mainly depends on school training.Although under the current background of sports and education integration,student-athletes’ learning and training are integrated with each other,and their cultural level and sports level are improved simultaneously,the school training mode plays a positive role in the all-round development of reserve talents.But there are still some problems: an uneven coaching team and a lack of professional training;Unbalanced development among projects and scarce top-notch talents;The cultivation process is single and the student achievement rate is low.There are drawbacks in the competition system and lack of experience accumulation;Insufficient facilities and training enthusiasm;Backup personnel transport is not free,there is a serious loss.In view of the above problems,this study constructed innovative training modes of school ground ball reserve talents from the perspective of sports and education integration:three-part talent training mode and diversified talent training mode,with government departments as the leading,schools as the main field,guiding social forces and families to participate in the talent training work;In the training process,according to the actual situation of the project,through the talent selection,stratified training and classified talent,improve the training efficiency,promote the efficient and orderly talent training. |
