| In modern society,the problem of suicide has become a worldwide problem,its harm and consequences are very serious,it not only has a great impact on the safety of individual life,the spirit of others,but also will have a certain impact on the health of the whole society,health and healthy development.The research object of this study was esophageal cancer patients with suicidal ideation assessed by the Suicide Ideation Self-Rating Scale(SIOSS)in a specialized tumor hospital in H Province,after excluding the risk of changing from suicidal ideation to suicidal behavior.As assessed by the Life Attitude Profile(LAP),the subjects had a loss of sense of meaning in life.If a person has a strong sense of life meaning,the probability of suicidal thoughts is relatively low.The purpose of this study was to improve the sense of meaning of life and weaken the suicidal ideation caused by the loss of sense of meaning of life.Under the theoretical guidance of meaning therapy and case work mode,basic information of service objects is collected through participatory observation and interview method,and the current actual status of service objects is analyzed,so as to have an in-depth understanding of their problems and select service plans.Social workers provide clients with a range of services such as identifying present values,reviewing past experiences and planning for the future.This act mainly refers to Frankel’s theory and guides the client to return to his own value and find the meaning of his life.In this process,the social worker understands the frustration he experienced through communication with the client and guides him to find the meaning of his life again.Section with the help of a life attitude,this study measure of egotism,and compare the results before and after service there has been a marked shift,the suicidal ideation significantly reduced,therefore the therapy in weaken the feeling of missing sense of life on the question of suicide in patients with esophageal cancer has certain therapeutic effect. |
