| Stepping into a new era and standing at a new historical starting point,the prosperity of the country,the revitalization of the nation and the progress of society are closely related to the health of citizens.With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the society has put forward more and more urgent needs for talent training.As the reserve army of China’s high-end talents,young college students’ physical health level is bound to affect the future development and construction of the country,nation and society.However,the physical fitness of young college students in China is declining year by year.Especially in the national physical health test,pull-up has become a major disaster area for many male college students in ordinary colleges and universities.As the main test of upper limb muscle strength development level,as well as arm strength and waist and abdomen strength ability,pull-up performance directly reflects the physical health of young college students.How to help male college students to achieve the passing level in pull-up has become an urgent problem for many college physical education workers.In recent years,functional training has been widely used in many fields,and has made remarkable achievements in sports rehabilitation,competitive sports and other fields.Therefore,the use of functional training to improve the performance of male college students pull-up is an urgent issue for us to verify,experimental research on this has a certain practical value.This study through literature review and information relevant to the subject matter in this paper,by the method of expert interview,experiment training required for secondary screening,then select suitable for the subjects of this study,with functional training of students in henan polytechnic university non-professional sports men pull-ups performance influence as the research object.According to the project characteristics of pull-ups,functional training and traditional strength training plan,the subjects were randomly divided into functional exercise group and the traditional strength training,three times a week,a total of 8 weeks of training,through the experiment method to strictly control the process,before and after the experiment data by mathematical statistics analysis,the following conclusions:(1)After the end of the experiment,the paired sample T test was used to compare the pull-up performance of the functional training group before and after the experiment,and the results showed a very significant difference(P <0.01),indicating that the 8-week functional training can significantly improve the pull-up performance of male college students.(2)At the end of the experiment,the paired sample T test was used to compare the pull-up performance of the traditional strength training group before and after the experiment,and the results showed a very significant difference(P <0.01),indicating that 8weeks of traditional strength training can also significantly improve the pull-up performance of male college students.(3)After the end of the experiment,the t-test was used to compare the pull-up performance of the traditional strength training group and the functional training group,and the results showed a very significant difference(P <0.01),indicating that the effect of8-week functional training on improving the pull-up performance of non-sports major male college students was more obvious than the effect of 8-week traditional strength training.(4)After the experiment,by comparing the pass rate of pull-up between the traditional strength training group and the functional training group,the result showed that the functional training was superior to the traditional strength training in terms of the pass rate of pull-up.After the conclusion that functional training can effectively improve the performance of male college students’ pull-up through experiments,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the application of functional training and pull-up training in the future:(1)Through this experiment,we hope that the functional training method can get the attention of physical education educators,and apply this scientific,interesting and simple training method to the pull-up teaching practice,so as to enrich the pull-up training means.(2)When functional training is applied to sports training,scientific and effective training movements and programs should be formulated according to the movement characteristics of sports events,so as to maximize the role of functional training.(3)In future sports training,we should pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages of functional training and traditional strength training,and organically combine them. |
