| From the popularity of volleyball this sport,more and more people like,lovevolleyball,with the increase of fans and athletes,volleyball competition rules are more perfect;The intensity and confrontation of the competition also increase.Under this background and development trend of volleyball,the requirements for volleyball players’ physical fitness and physical quality are getting higher and higher,which means that volleyball players’ physical fitness training programs should be more scientific and effective.The FMS test for athletes can timely and effectively find the weak points of the athletes in the training process,and then formulate a targeted training program to improve the flexibility of each joint of the athlete’s body,the coordination and stability of each muscle group through functional training.core and trunk control.So as to improve the athletes’ athletic,athletic ability,and prolong the sports life.This study took the effect of functional training on the physical fitness of male volleyball students in colleges and universities as the research object.The literature method,experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,etc.were used to study the FMS test and functional training for the physical training of men’s volleyball students of Harbin Normal University.The total number of subjects in the experiment is 30,and the subjects have the basic physical qualities of competitive volleyball and have a certain volleyball foundation.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 15 people each.The test data was analyzed using IBM SPSS26.0 software for 8 weeks of traditional physical training and functional training.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Men’s volleyball students can pass the FMS test to evaluate the body movement pattern.In the evaluation results,it can be found that there are weak links in the physical fitness of the experimental subjects.These weak links need to be paid more attention to and targeted improvement in physical fitness training..(2)According to the research results,it can be seen that after 8 weeks of training,the specific physical fitness of the subjects in the experimental group has been greatly improved,and the overall quality is better than that of the subjects in the control group.This shows that traditional physical training and functional training,functional training should be more suitable for physical training of college men’s volleyball students.(3)The FMS test can effectively find out the wrong action patterns of the men’s volleyball students in colleges and universities during the training process.The main reason is the long-term specialized training of athletes or the training of wrong movements unconsciously,which makes the development of their physical functions unbalanced.There is a problem with the action mode.Functional training can more effectively improve the weak links in the training process.(4)Functional training can better improve the special physical quality of college men’s volleyball students,and improve the wrong action patterns in the FMS test.Compared with traditional physical training,it can better prevent and reduce sports injuries. |
