With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,subject-based out-of-school training institutions have been significantly reduced,and the excessive homework burden on student’s side has been relieved.Among non-disciplinary training,extra-curricular sports training is developing increasingly,but the uni-structure of teaching method and uneven teaching results have posed a great concern from various circles of society and a widespread debate.Therefore,optimizing the teaching structure,reshaping the teaching environment and improving the teaching effect are considered as urgent requirements for extracurricular sports training institutions to collaboratively empower school sports under this very policy.Compared with other sports,basketball training is a common subject in all primary and secondary schools,and its essence of physical education,its unique collective,confrontational,experiential and other professional characteristics are naturally very persuasive.It realizes the purpose of "nurturing the body" and "fulfilling the soul".Therefore,it is of great practical value to analyze basketball as a case study,to study influencing factors and optimization strategies of teaching in extracurricular training institutions.Based on above target,Eight youth basketball training institutions from Songjiang District were taken as the research objects in this research.The information and data has been collected through literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field visits and mathematical statistics.We deeply analyzed the basic situation of teachers,students,parents and curriculum teaching according to the three elements“ teacher,student,and curriculum ”.Then,on the basis of focusing on the actual situation and existing problems of basketball training institutions’ management,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,the teaching influencing factors were systematically investigated and targeted teaching optimization strategies were put forward.Hope to benefit and drawing lessons for the sustainable and healthy development of basketball training institutions in Songjiang District,Shanghai.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The basketball extracurricular training institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai have male coaches from 18 to 25 years old as the main coaches.They are clear about their own coaching philosophy,career planning and coaching goals,and generally recognize the value of basketball teaching,but there is a tendency of "part-time".2.Students and parents generally recognize the teaching arrangement and teaching infrastructure of basketball extracurricular training institutions.The motivation of students to participate in basketball extracurricular training is to exercise and build up their body.The younger managers pay more attention to the professional sports skills,teaching experience and trial courses of coaches.3.The teaching evaluation of basketball extracurricular training institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai is mostly students’ self-evaluation,students’ mutual evaluation and coaches’ evaluation.The teaching objectives are mainly formulated according to students’ cognitive ability and coaches’ teaching ability,while the teaching content and teaching methods are mainly based on sports and health curriculum standards,which are discussed by the coaching team and jointly formulated by professionals.4.The factors that affect the teaching of basketball extracurricular training institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai mainly focus on coach influence factor,student influence factor,course influence factor,special influence factor and supervision influence factor. |
