| With the in-depth implementation of a series of policies such as "double reduction" and the reform of sports high school entrance examination,disciplinary education and training institutions facing strict control have been transformed into sports training institutions,with a sharp increase in the number of sports training institutions.The prosperity of extracurricular sports training market not only makes up for the shortage of school sports supply and provides more diversified sports training services for teenagers,but also promotes the restructuring and high-quality development of the sports industry.However,there are still many problems behind the prosperity of sports training market,such as false publicity,false discounts,illegal charges,frequent accidents and other phenomena.Therefore,how to conduct scientific and reasonable evaluation on the service quality of extracurricular sports training institutions,promote the extracurricular sports training institutions to develop in a more standardized and orderly direction,and provide teenagers with high-quality extracurricular sports training services,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study takes the service quality evaluation system of extracurricular sports training institutions as the research object,based on the theory of customer perceived service quality and the SERVQUAL evaluation model,comprehensively uses the literature method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other research methods to build the service quality evaluation system of extracurricular sports training institutions.And take YD sports Club as a case to empirically test the service quality evaluation system of extracurricular sports training institutions.On the basis of consulting the existing literature and experts,it is determined that the service quality of extracurricular sports training institutions should include: Based on tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,security,empathy and security,an evaluation index system of service quality of extracurricular sports training institutions was constructed,which included 6 firstlevel indexes and 32 second-level indexes.The weight coefficients of indexes at all levels were determined by AHP.The service quality evaluation standard of extracurricular physical education training institutions based on grade evaluation standard is formulated,and students are clearly taken as the evaluation subject.Questionnaire method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cause analysis method are taken as the main methods to collect,process and explain feedback of evaluation information.The established "Service quality evaluation system of extracurricular sports training Institutions" is used to evaluate the service quality of YD sports clubs,and the evaluation implementation steps and evaluation data calculation process are demonstrated.According to the evaluation standards of extracurricular sports training institutions’ service quality and the calculation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the maximum membership degree of YD sports training institutions’ service quality evaluation is "relatively good".Its service quality grade can be rated as Grade B,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the evaluation of the club stakeholders on its service quality level,which can accurately and comprehensively reflect the service quality level of YD sports clubs,and verify the feasibility and rationality of the service quality evaluation system of extracurricular sports training institutions. |
