The introduction of retired soccer players into primary and secondary schools to teach in the context of sports-education integration is not only a positive move to optimize the allocation of resources for the development of sports education in China and deepen the process of sports-education integration in China,but also an effective measure to bring into play the integrative function of sports and education to achieve the goal of promoting the physical and mental health development of youth and improving the quality of sports reserve personnel training in China.Currently,the government has actively introduced a series of policy documents on the reform and development of sports-education integration: "Emphasis on the smooth flow of outstanding retired athletes and coaches into schools to work part-time and as physical education teachers to enhance professional support for school sports".This policy concept,along with the high-quality development of school soccer and school sports,increasingly reflects the realistic demand for professional soccer teachers in school sports,which gives rise to the realistic problem of retired soccer players entering primary and secondary schools as teachers,i.e.,how can retired soccer players effectively and rationally enter primary and secondary schools as teachers? Based on this realistic problem,the research adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,SWOT analysis method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method to study "the path of retired soccer players to teach in primary and secondary schools" as the research object,following the principle of multi-subject,all-round and structured survey and interview,firstly,the retired soccer players who have been teaching in primary and secondary schools were surveyed.We conducted a questionnaire survey of retired soccer players teaching in primary and secondary schools,and interviewed the managers of soccer teams in the sports department and those in charge of physical education in primary and secondary schools.Secondly,based on the results of 42 valid data recovered from the survey,exploratory factor analysis was used to classify the results of the questionnaire influence factors into structured dimensions and confirm the main influencing factors of retired soccer players into primary and secondary schools as teachers.Finally,SWTO analysis was applied to conduct an in-depth analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of retired soccer players.Through the above study,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)To establish an introduction mechanism from the development of campus soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools: to reasonably set up soccer coaching positions in primary and secondary schools and to establish a title evaluation system for specialized coaching positions,so as to solve the problem of difficulties for retired soccer players to obtain physical education teacher qualifications.(2)Establishing introduction mechanism from social perspective: implementing school-enterprise cooperation system to enhance soccer-specific teacher support.Primary and secondary schools choose to cooperate with social soccer youth training clubs on their own,and use social soccer youth training clubs as a medium to introduce retired soccer players into schools to serve as coaches.(3)To establish the introduction mechanism from the perspective of physical education teaching: the sports education management department collaborates to develop the employment training mechanism for retired soccer players.To improve the physical education teaching ability of retired soccer players in the form of instructors with them,and to do a good job of pre-service and in-service training.
