Analysis Of The Training Situation Of Master Of Sports Degree Students In Football From A Demand-Oriented Perspective

Against the background of the increasing demand for professional talents in society,the Party and the State attach great importance to the development of professional degree graduate education and require to focus on developing the practical ability and innovation ability of professional degree graduate students to serve the needs of society.In view of the current situation that the development of soccer requires high-level applied talents,this paper,based on the demand-oriented theory,focuses on the cultivation of full-time professional master’s degree students in soccer,and conducts a demand survey on employment units and postgraduates to analyze the difference between their demands.Taking the demands of employment units and postgraduates as the logical starting point,based on the survey data of 50 relevant employment units,120 current students and 120 graduates,the paper analyzes the cultivation quality of full-time master’s degree in sports in the direction of soccer at the present stage through questionnaire survey method,textual analysis method and mathematical statistical method,and conducts textual analysis of relevant policy texts and cultivation programs,focusing on the enrollment process The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the three aspects: the enrollment process,the cultivation process and the employment process.1.The cultivation of full-time master’s degree students of sports in the direction of soccer in China can basically reach the level of satisfaction of employment units,and there are differences between the cognition of cultivation of knowledge and ability and employment units.2.The content,quantity and proportion of the curriculum of each institution can basically meet the learning needs of postgraduates for professional knowledge,and each has its own characteristics,but the actual teaching process is not high in terms of postgraduates’ course participation.The cultivation of various professional abilities cannot meet the needs of postgraduates,and the reflective ability and innovation ability need to be improved.3、Insufficient academic communication with instructors in the actual cultivation process,and poor understanding of professional cultivation goals by graduate students,which leads to no clear and definite goal guidance for learning.4.The practical practice of the master’s degree in sports with soccer orientation cannot meet the needs of cultivating various abilities,and the lack of relevant supervision and evaluation measures in the process of practical practice leads to the low quality of practical practice.Based on the above findings,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)establish a long-term contact mechanism between cultivation units and employment units,fully understand the career demands and industry trends,and help graduate students clarify their career orientation and employment direction;(2)establish a systematic curriculum system covering teaching,training and scientific research knowledge,set up a soccer academic exchange center,and improve the construction of football-specific systematic knowledge;change the teaching method,advocate case teaching method,and guide graduate students to think independently.(3)Set clear training objectives,reflect the needs and changes of employment units,and regularly check the implementation of postgraduate training programs.(4)Establishing long-term and stable practice and internship bases in cultivation units,incorporating supervision and evaluation into daily assessment;setting specific graduation requirements,refining indicators of graduation requirements for teaching,training and research ability,setting regular stage assessment and process evaluation,and improving supervision and evaluation mechanism.
