At the same time,it highlights the important position of "people’s health" in national development.Traditional martial arts,as an excellent cultural symbol in China,not only carry profound cultural heritage but also have a history of combining martial arts and medicine,playing a full role in the research of the integration of sports and medicine and the protection of national health.In the new era,traditional culture should be innovatively developed to meet the needs of the times and meet the growing health needs of people.This article adopts research methods such as literature review,logical analysis,historical research,expert interviews,and on-site investigation to study the innovative development of traditional martial arts in the context of "integration of sports and medicine".It systematically conducts relevant research on the innovative development of traditional martial arts in the context of "integration of sports and medicine".Based on interviews with relevant martial arts and medical experts,clarify the problems and directions for the innovative development of traditional martial arts;Further determine the main content of innovative development of traditional martial arts in the context of the integration of sports and medicine through on-site investigation.The specific conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The generation mechanism of traditional martial arts innovation and development is analyzed from three levels: "universality","need",and "transformation".It is clear that traditional martial arts should be based on the main value and achieve revolutionary transformation from the perspective of the needs of the times.2.Based on the era background of the integration of physical education and medicine,we explore at a deeper level that the stigmatization of martial arts development,the deep gap between martial arts portals,the survival dilemma of traditional martial arts,and the lack of reserve talents for martial arts and medicine seriously hinder the innovative development of traditional martial arts.3.Starting from the dimensions of function and value,there is a natural connection between the integration of traditional martial arts and physical medicine.Drawing on and inheriting the content of the combination of traditional martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine(martial arts trauma),this study explores the connotation of its function and value;Secondly,starting from the dimension of theory and technology,traditional Wushu actively integrates with the basic theories and techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,that is,in theory,it integrates the basic philosophy theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of viscera,the theory of meridians,the theory of pathology and pathogenesis,and in technology,it integrates acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,bone setting and other technologies of traditional Chinese medicine into traditional Wushu,so that it can meet the construction requirements of sports medicine integration and martial medicine integration system;From a practical perspective,the specific path for the innovative development of traditional martial arts is to deepen the coordinated development of the "physical and medical" departments,enhance the mechanism for integrating martial arts and medicine,establish a healthy concept of "integrating martial arts and medicine",build a martial arts school social alliance,explore the service methods of "integrating martial arts and medicine",construct a martial arts exercise prescription library,compensate for the talent cultivation of "integrating martial arts and medicine",establish a martial arts and medical talent training system,and ultimately achieve the completion of the "integrating martial arts and medicine" system,Meet the growing health needs of the country,so that it can contribute to the construction of a Chinese path to modernization health country.
