Research On The Current Teaching Situation And Countermeasure Of Beijing Youth Basketball Club

Youth basketball club,as an institution with youth basketball training as its main service content,has become an indispensable social force to promote the development of basketball.The running level of teenagers' basketball clubs has a direct impact on teenagers' basketball ability and the popularity of basketball.This paper takes the current teaching situation and development of Beijing Youth Basketball Club as the research object,investigates the current teaching situation and Development Countermeasures of nine Beijing Youth Basketball Clubs,finds out the existing problems and analyses the reasons,aims to summarize the teaching level and teaching characteristics of Beijing Youth Basketball Club,and puts forward further improvement of teaching construction on this basis.Strategy.This paper investigates nine clubs in Beijing by using the methods of documentation,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and questionnaire survey.It mainly includes the teaching idea,curriculum structure,teaching organization form,teaching content,syllabus and other contents in the teaching module,as well as the existing problems,so as to conduct a comprehensive research on the nine clubs surveyed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.From the perspective of teaching concept and structure,the teaching concept of Beijing Youth Basketball Club mostly focuses on the cultivation of comprehensive quality and personality ability.The club course mainly consists of two hours of compound training courses.2.From the aspects of teaching organization form,teaching method and teaching content,the Beijing Youth Basketball Club is in the following aspects:Under the market demand for more than ten years,teaching has formed a more complete organizational form and diversified teaching content,focusing on the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of young people and competition experience.3.Teachers of Beijing Youth Basketball Club are in good condition and the number of graduates majoring in Physical Education in Higher Education,A large number of high-level athletes and well-known basketball coaches also account for a large proportion.4.In terms of the common problems existing in club teaching,Beijing Youth Basketball Club is single-minded.There are too many lecturers in the venue,and there is no unified evaluation mechanism of teaching effect,which leads to the unsafe learning effect of some students.At present,Beijing Youth Basketball Club still lacks a unified management platform for basketball coaches.5.Judging from the personality problems existing in the club,the club supervises the daily teaching of coaches.There is a big difference between teaching and training,and there is a big difference in the level of service other than teaching service provided by clubs.According to the current situation of the teaching of the youth basketball market in Beijing,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Beijing Youth Basketball Club continues to maintain rapid and high-quality development,on the basis of ensuring the diversification of teaching services,and strives for excellence,which plays a real role in promoting the improvement of Chinese youth basketball level.2.All clubs,together with social forces,actively responded to the proposal made by the chairman of the Basketball Association at the "two sessions" in early March 2019,so as to promote the opening of campus sports resources to the society,and better solve the problem of excessive number of teaching staff in the unit venues of juvenile clubs and unsafe quality of teaching services.3.The Beijing Basketball Association and the clubs should reach a consensus on the training and management of coaches to ensure that all club coaches receive unified training and qualified coaches are on duty with certificates.4.Beijing Youth Basketball Club should improve the student evaluation system,training monitoring system and teacher mutual evaluation system.Each club should make full use of the convenience of the "big data" era and constantly enrich the club management,supervision and feedback.
