The updated rules of Taekwondo competition items have put forward higher requirements for the athletes’ techniques,especially the technical movements of the spinning kick,which require the athletes to have a higher standard of balance,and therefore need to incorporate more scientific and effective training into their training.Currently,core stability training is a popular sports training method that not only enhances physical fitness,but also plays a vital role in improving technical movements.The purpose of this research paper is to strengthen the stability and control ability of abdomen,back,hips and other muscle groups through core stability training,and then improve the stability and control ability of spin kick movement,improve the kinematic data such as offset amplitude,striking power and speed of spin kick technique,so that athletes can use spin kick technique more in the field and improve the accuracy and efficiency of spin kick technique.It also compares the difference of benefits between it and traditional training to provide a more scientific and effective training method for taekwondo athletes.The subjects of this study were 20 students majoring in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education Taekwondo,16 of whom were in the first grade and 4 in the second grade.who were divided into experimental and control groups,with the control group undergoing regular taekwondo quality training and the experimental group undergoing core stability quality training,and the experiment was implemented for 8weeks.Various research methods were used in this study,including literature,expert interview,experimental method,mathematical and statistical method,and logical analysis method,in order to investigate the effect of core stability training on taekwondo spin kick technique.The combined use of these methods allowed us to analyze the problem from different perspectives and to draw more accurate and reliable research conclusions.The instruments used for the experimental tests were Taekwondo DAEDO electronic protective gear and PERCEPTION NEURON3 inertial motion capture system to improve the accuracy and feasibility of the data.The purpose of this study was to evaluate and test the effect of core stability training on taekwondo athletes’ spin kick technique,ultimately sorting out and outlining the main causes of the effect and drawing the main conclusions as follows:(1)The core stability training can improve the offset magnitude of the front-to-back(X-axis),left-right(Y-axis)and up-down(Z-axis)of the center of gravity when the athletes do the spin-kick movement,so the athletes’ control of the spin-kick technique is significantly improved through the core stability training,and the quality of the spin-kick technical movements is improved.(2)The results of 8-level abdominal bridge test and single-leg balance ball support time of the experimental group after core stability training improved significantly relative to the control group,indicating that core stability training is more suitable for athletes to improve the stability of their core in a short period of time.(3)Core stability training has a facilitating effect on the improvement of spin kick technique,which can make the hitting target more accurate,use the purpose more obviously and have higher relevance.(4)Core stability training helps to enhance the control ability of the technical movement of the spinning kick and the coordination of the upper and lower limbs,and it also shows significant effects on the improvement of the ability of the muscles to work together,so core stability training can improve the stability of the spinning kick technique in taekwondo.(5)Core stability training has a significant effect on the enhancement of the stability of taekwondo spin kick technique,and the combination of static stability training and dynamic stability training enhances the stability and the fluency of technical movements in the process of rotation and kicking,and effectively improves the reaction speed and striking strength of athletes.
