| With the deepening of biological research,people have a more in-depth understanding of its role.The activities of muscles and bones will play a positive role in many aspects.For example,in the rehabilitation of patients and normal fitness activities,bones and muscles occupy a very important position.This involves a very important concept-core strength,which can not only significantly affect the above activities,but also play a very key role in competitive sports,and gradually get the attention of athletes and coaches.As an important part of Taekwondo competition,taekwondo character has become a key part of Taekwondo Teaching and training.The movement of the movement requires the participation of the core muscle group,the core muscle group as the hub of each action connection,has a good core muscle group,not only can better realize the transmission of power,ensure the stability of the movement,but also has a certain impact on the body posture.The training of core muscle group is very important for the technical ability and comprehensive quality of Taekwondo athletes,and it will also have a certain effect on their subsequent development.Therefore,combined with the basic theory of core training,it has an important theoretical and practical role to analyze the main role of Taekwondo Athletes’ movement stability and training ideas.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experiment,this paper makes an experimental study on the movement stability of Taekwondo Athletes of grade 2019 in Wuhan Institute of physical education(1)The traditional training method and core strength training method can improve the stability of athletes in completing the movement,but the latter is more significant.(2)After the experiment,the stability of the athletes when they complete the static action is improved,but the improvement effect of each index of the athletes participating in the core strength training is significantly higher than that of the athletes participating in the traditional strength training,that is,the core strength training can significantly improve the performance effect of Taekwondo athletes when they complete the static action.(3)For the stability of Taekwondo Athletes’ dynamic movements,the data of the four items monitored in the experiment show that the data of the athletes participating in the core strength training are significantly better than those participating in the traditional strength training,which proves that in this aspect,the athletes’ core strength training can better improve their performance in the competition than the traditional strength training,Enhance competitiveness.(4)After the completion of this experiment,the performance and accuracy of the traditional strength training athletes have not changed much,and they have made some progress in the total score of the whole set of strength,while the accuracy of the core strength training athletes has been improved,and their performance and the total score of the whole set of strength are obviously improved,Compared with traditional training,core strength training can make athletes more competitive and have better performance in competition.Based on the above,this paper puts forward the following suggestions(1)When making the Taekwondo training plan,we can add the training core strength content in the plan according to the actual situation,so as to enhance the athlete’s technical level and comprehensive quality.(2)When coaches train athletes through the core strength training method,they should also have a good grasp of the theoretical content,and should reasonably apply the theory to practice.When designing the scheme,they should also make targeted planning according to the actual situation of different athletes,so as to better play the role of core strength training.(3)According to the different types of sports,the training methods are adjusted to ensure that the final core strength training program can be more in line with its characteristics,play the best role and make the athletes’ ability to improve to the maximum.And in the development of training programs,we can not be in a hurry,any project level is difficult to complete in a short time,need to conform to the scientific(4)In addition to paying attention to the role of core strength training in Taekwondo training,we can not ignore the role of traditional strength training.We should integrate the two training methods and reasonably allocate the proportion of the two in the overall training program,so as to achieve the effect of 1 + 1 > 2.And when choosing the training method of core strength,we should choose the best training method according to the muscle parts we need to exercise,so as to achieve the purpose of exercise. |
