Study On The Operational Risks Of Swimming Clubs In Chengdu

In 2020,the new crown pneumonia epidemic broke out on a large scale across the country,the order of social life was seriously damaged,social production and consumption were almost stagnant,and the operation of Chengdu swimming club was also affected.The management and control of operational risks is a necessary measure and important content for the survival and development of swimming clubs,and it is of great practical significance to promote the healthy development of swimming clubs in order to understand the possible risks and levels of Chengdu swimming clubs in the operation process and improve the ability of swimming clubs to cope with risks.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,expert interview method and analytic hierarchy method to study the operational risks of Chengdu swimming club.The following conclusions are drawn: 1.Most of the swimming clubs in Chengdu are profitable,mainly due to the problems of incomplete venue facilities,declining consumer consumption levels,operation teams to be strengthened,and sluggish marketing.2.The operational risk indicators of Chengdu Swimming Club include 4 first-level indicators of macro background risk,consumption downgrade risk,human resource risk and management operation risk,10second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators of natural environment risk,social environment risk,consumption risk,market risk,employee risk,hardware risk,teaching risk,management risk,marketing risk and financial risk.3.Possible risks in the operation of Chengdu Swimming Club mainly include macro background risk,consumption downgrade risk,human resources risk and management operation risk.4.The strategies to deal with the operational risks of Chengdu Swimming Club include:strengthening government support to stimulate consumption behavior;Create high-quality events and expand marketing channels;Organize business training to improve quality level;Improve the facilities of the venue and innovate the business characteristics.The main suggestions are:(1)expand the scale of the venue,improve the hardware facilities,create business characteristics,improve the quality of club services,and make up for the adverse effects of the club’s geographical location,seasonal weather changes and other macro-level adverse effects.(2)Strive for the government’s cooperative investment,set up a non-profit social sports swimming club,and recover the losses caused by the change of consumption concept,the decline of consumption capacity,the impact of market economy and other risks caused by consumption downgrading.(3)Strengthen the club operation team,cultivate a professional and high-quality club operation and management team,and improve the quality of club services;Introduce professional swimming teaching auxiliary equipment,create a high-tech swimming club,and try to avoid the adverse impact of employees and hardware dimensions.(4)Improve the club management system and effectively avoid losses at the teaching and management level;The rational use of outsourcing management methods can not only create efficient marketing methods,but also reduce some operational risks,thereby reducing their own losses.
