Research On The Strategy Of Characteristic Sports Project In Chengdu Primary School

The development of sports characteristic projects in primary schools is of great value in enhancing the popularity of schools,creating characteristic brands,improving the level of project development,promoting the specialization of primary school sports work and promoting students ’ participation in sports.The research mainly uses expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the current situation and existing problems of sports characteristic projects in primary schools in Chengdu,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on case analysis.The conclusions are as follows :1.The construction of sports characteristic projects is gradually integrated into the development of physical education in primary schools in Chengdu,and the teaching of various sports characteristic projects has various forms of organization;the construction of the overall teaching staff of the school is reasonable,but the professional teaching staff needed for the development of sports characteristic projects is lacking;school sports facilities basically meet the needs of sports characteristic projects,but the quantity and quality of professional facilities need to be increased and improved.The participation atmosphere of sports characteristic events inside and outside the school is good,but the school ’s targeted competition operation mechanism is not perfect.2.The lack of professional teachers required for the development of sports characteristic projects leads to the limited development of sports characteristic projects in schools.The lack of professional venues and facilities required for the development of sports characteristic projects has hindered the development of sports characteristic projects in schools;the imperfect competition operation mechanism of sports characteristic projects leads to the lack of motivation for the development of sports characteristic projects in schools.3.In order to realize the good development and construction of softball project,the primary school affiliated to Shishi Tianfu Middle School takes the introduction of professional teachers and high-quality training as the main construction ideas for the effective development of the project.Through the school’s strong hardware facilities guarantee,effective software conditions to support the advantages of two aspects,and in the case of the combination of sustainable development of sports characteristic projects and sports teaching and scientific research,it is more conducive to highlighting the main position of the development and construction of school sports characteristic projects,so as to optimize the elements of sports characteristic projects and improve the level of project development and construction.4.Optimize the training system of professional teachers,and maintain the long-term training of professional teachers of sports characteristic projects;establish a linkage mechanism between schools and social resources to ensure the rational use of various resources of sports characteristic projects;improve a reasonable,standardized and complete competition mechanism to ensure the source power of school sports characteristic projects.
