Study On Evolvement Trend Of Guardiola’s Tactical Concept

With the development of the times and technology,the athletic ability of athletes has improved,and the tactics of soccer games have also produced new changes.China’s soccer career is currently in a relatively lagging position,and if we want to come out of a soccer development path that is in line with the laws of world soccer development and adapted to China’s national conditions,we need to study the latest tactical concepts shown by world-renowned teams and coaches,and find the development trend of modern soccer to provide reference and reference for our soccer career.In his ten years of coaching career,he has won numerous honors,and the tactical characteristics of his teams also represent the highest level and development trend of modern soccer.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to watch 78 matches of Guardiola’s teams in the thirteen seasons from 2009 to 2022,and compile relevant data indicators for comparison and analysis to study the development trend of Guardiola’s soccer philosophy.The research results show that: 1.the age structure and physical condition of the team have not changed significantly;2.the four-back system has become the most commonly used formation in the game;3.in the attacking tactics: the number of passes has decreased significantly,but the success rate of passes has remained in the high value range,and short passes have been the most important part of the attacking tactics;backfield organization and The number of passes in the midfield decreased,the tactics were more concise and efficient,and the coordination was faster and more direct;the fast-paced tactics made the change of possession back and forth faster,and the possession rate decreased significantly;the number of shots in the game decreased,and the importance of shots from outside the penalty area increased in the attacking tactics,while shots from inside the penalty area were still the most common finishing area and the most important part of the attacking tactics.The most commonly used finishing area and method,the goal conversion rate has been in the lower value range;the attacking means are rich and diverse,and the trend of using frequency is stable;the number of passes and cuts to the penalty area has decreased significantly,the purpose of the attacking tactics is more difficult to achieve,and the absolute scoring opportunities have decreased.4.In the defensive tactics: the tactics are more proactive and positive,and the high pressure tactics are increasingly favored by the elite teams,and the number of uses is rapidly increasing.The number of uses is on a rapid upward trend,but the success rate has decreased;the number and percentage of steals in the forecourt has increased significantly,and the percentage of steals in the backcourt has decreased significantly;the forecourt has also become the main area for defensive interceptions,and the area where defensive tactics begin to be implemented has been completely predicated to the forecourt,and the defensive behaviors in the forecourt area are becoming more and more important in tactics;at the same time,the behaviors taken in the middle and backcourt such as scrambling,blocking,and relieving are still The number of fouls and yellow cards has increased significantly,and tactical fouls are becoming more and more important in defense.
