Reserch On Risk Management Of Small And Medium-Sized Sports Events In Chengdu

Effective management of event risks is a necessary condition for successful sporting events.In the context of a strong sports nation,a large number of small and medium-sized sports events have emerged,and there have been numerous risk events and losses,revealing that there are many loopholes and weaknesses in the risk management of small and medium-sized sports events,which need to be focused on and strengthened.In order to improve the risk management capability of small and medium-sized sports events,this paper selects small and medium-sized sports events in Chengdu,which have a large number of events and a strong sports atmosphere,as the research object,and conducts a study on risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of small and medium-sized sports events in Chengdu based on risk management theory,using literature,expert interviews,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis.In the risk identification section,we mainly used the literature method and Delphi method to summarize and analyze the event-related information and related literature collected and organized,and established a preliminary risk index system,and modified and improved the preliminary risk index system after two rounds of Delphi expert survey,and finally established a risk index system containing 2 primary indicators,7 secondary indicators,and 25 tertiary indicators.The finalized risk factor index system for small and medium-sized sports events in Chengdu was introduced into the system,and experts were invited to evaluate the risk factors.Finally,based on the risk identification and assessment results,we proposed various risk countermeasures: guaranteeing the funding for the event and expanding the funding sources;organizing professional skills training to improve the level of personnel;conducting field safety inspection to eliminate the hidden dangers of the venue and equipment;doing a good job of order maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the event;accurately assessing the medical needs and preparing for medical emergencies;strengthening Political awareness,strict compliance with the rules and regulations;the use of scientific detection tools to prevent and resolve natural risks and hidden dangers.It is expected the obtained research results can improve the risk management of small and medium-sized sports events in Chengdu,fill the research gap of risk management of small and medium-sized sports events,and provide a reference for risk management of other small and medium-sized sports events.
