With the progress of The Times and the development of science and technology,modern people leave pen and paper in office,communication has changed from face to face to mobile phone,computer and other tools,which improves the efficiency and reduces the amount of exercise.Keeping the same posture for a long time has become the norm for office workers,which will cause serious harm to the body in the long run.According to the investigation and research,the incidence of neck,shoulder and waist diseases of long-term desk workers is higher and increasing trend,and the incidence population also tends to be younger.This kind of people urgently need to strengthen physical exercise,choose a suitable means of exercise is extremely important.Badminton exercises combine the technical movements of badminton upper and lower limbs that need to open and close and the rhythmic sense of calisthenics,which can arouse the interest of the exerciser and stimulate the enthusiasm of the exerciser,so as to improve the amount of exercise,enhance muscle strength and improve the motion of neck and shoulder joint,and relieve neck and shoulder pain.Research objectives:The purpose of this study is to create a set of badminton exercises for 30 to 50 years old long-term desk workers to intervene.Measurement of shoulder joint flexion,shoulder joint extension,shoulder joint extension,shoulder joint internal rotation,shoulder joint external rotation,neck forward flexion,neck back extension,neck left tilt,neck right tilt,neck left rotation,neck right rotation,as well as VAS,NDI,SPADI and other indicators to analyze the impact of badminton exercise on the long-term shoulder and neck muscle strain.Then,it is determined whether badminton exercise,which is interesting and easy to use,can play a good role in improving the shoulder and neck muscle strain of people sitting at desk for a long time,and provide a theoretical basis for enriching the fitness value of badminton.Research methods:In this study,32 long-term desk workers were recruited from various communities in Yucheng,Dezhou,Shandong Province.16 subjects in the experimental group and 16 subjects in the control group took badminton exercise three times a week for 60 minutes each time.The control group received work posture knowledge education,and was not allowed to exercise outside of daily life for fitness purposes during the experiment.The range of shoulder motion(shoulder flexion,shoulder extension,shoulder abduction,shoulder internal rotation,shoulder external rotation),neck motion(neck forward flexion,neck back extension,neck left inclination,neck right inclination,neck left rotation,neck right rotation),VAS,NDI and SPADI scores were measured before and after the intervention.Independent sample t test was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention.Research results:1.After the intervention of badminton exercise,the scores of VAS,NDI and SPADI of the experimental group members decreased significantly before the intervention,with a downward trend.The VAS(Visual Analogue Scale/Score)score of the experimental group after intervention was significantly different from that before intervention.NDI score(neck disability index)and SPADI score(shoulder pain and disability index)were significantly different.2.Through the intervention of badminton exercise,the range of motion of the experimental group was significantly improved,which the experimental group after intervention compared with before the intervention of shoulder joint flexion,shoulder abduction,shoulder internal rotation,shoulder external rotation have significant differences,and shoulder joint extension does not have significant differences,but also increased and has a trend of improvement.3.Through the intervention of badminton exercise,the cervical joint motion of the experimental group was significantly improved,and there were significant differences between the experimental group after intervention and that before intervention,neck forward flexion,neck back extension,neck left leaning,neck right leaning,neck left rotation and neck right rotation.Research conclusion;1.Badminton exercise can reduce the subjective pain of shoulder and neck muscle strain of desk workers for a long time.2.Exercise badminton exercise can improve the shoulder joint motion of desk workers for a long time.3.Exercise badminton exercise can improve the neck activity of desk workers for a long time. |
