Background:With the development of modern economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's way of life and working style have changed,the long-term sedentary and the lack of scientific and effective sports and other factors,Has seriously affected the work and life of long-term desk workers,long-term desk workers' physical and mental health is threatened.it is found that the incidence of spinal diseases such as neck,waist and so on is high and increasing,and the population tends to be younger.To strengthen the exercise of neck and waist joint to increase muscle strength,to improve the extensibility and elasticity of soft tissue around the neck and waist,to increase the range of motion of neck and waist joints,to reduce the risk probability of Cervical and Lumbar Disease among the Long-term desk worker.Health qigong · wu qin xi play is based on the waist as the main axis,with five bird movements as the foundation,driving the body to move in all directions,including the front and back leaning,side bending,twisting and other positions;its action range is relatively large,and it can make the neck,waist and hip joint fully active and pull,and carry out the whole body movement.Through Health qigong · wu qin xi exercise can regulate body and mind,improve cardiopulmonary function,enhance the muscle strength and joint activity function,can increase the spine activities,so as to achieve the fitness effect.Objective:Research on the Long-term desk worker experimental intervention,3months for the experimental group and control group respectively before and after the intervention of subjects to the neck,waist activity data collection,the two groups of subjects before and after the intervention,neck,waist joint activity were analyzed;Through the analysis and observation of Health qigong · wu qin xi,the effectiveness of Health qigong · wu qin xi plays on the improvement of the cervical and lumbar joint activity of the long-term patients,and put forward the theoretical basis;In order to alleviate the long-term case of the patients neck,waist discomfort and prevention of cervical disease to provide an effective plan.To provide the choice for the national fitness,to promote the healthy development of the whole people,to provide theoretical basis;Promote and develop the Health qigong · wu qin xi plays at home and abroad,so as to better serve the human health.Methods:In this study,40 long-term patients were recruited,randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group and the control group,20 in each group.The experimental group used the Health qigong · wu qin xi exercise as the experimental intervention method,with 12 weeks of intervention exercise.The experimental group practiced three times a week for one hour each time,and the exercise load was small and medium intensity.The control group maintained normal living habits without any intervention.For this study subjects before and after the experiment of the neck,waist joint activity 6 activity index to analyze test data,data aggregation,data set up by adopting the Excel file,complete statistical analysis using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Statistical methods: independent sample t test was used in the group,and paired t test was used in the group.Results:1.The experimental group by the health qigong · wu qin xi achievement method before and after the intervention experiment neck motion data analysis " left rotation " has a very significant difference,the neck has a "stretch" after significant difference.2.After 12 weeks of the Health qigong ·wu qin xi experiment intervention,there were significant differences in the range of motion,‘'left flexion” and "right rotation",and there was a very significant difference in the measured data of the “ left rotation”3.In the control group,there were significant differences in the range of "right rotation" motion and the "anterior flexion" and "left flexion" of the cervical joint.4.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in neck joint activity,"extension" and "right rotation",and "right flexion".5.After the experiment,there was a difference in the activity degree of "back extension" and "right rotation" in the two groups,and the activity degree of "left flexion" and "right flexion" of the waist joint were significantly different.Conclusion:1.The Health qigong · wu qin xi plays can effectively improve the cervical joint "back stretch"," right flexion "," left rotation " and " right rotation " movement of the patients.2.The Health qigong · wu qin xi plays can effectively improve the lumbar joint of the patients in the long term,"back extension",left flexion "," right flexion "," left rotation " and " right rotation movement.3.Insist for a long time to health qigong · wuqinxi exercise,to the neck,waist joint has good static stretching effect,to improve the long-term volt case workers neck,waist joint activity has obvious effect,which is suitable for long-term volt case practice working population.
