Based on Changsha city of Hunan province ordinary high school students entered dip,the present situation of the round shoulder,wrote a neck brain-storming,and verify the operation of ordinary high school students entered tilting and round shoulder intervention effect,so that for the prevention of ordinary high school students bad posture and provide a safe and effective method to improve,let ordinary high school students to shape the correct posture,ascending to the body posture of self-confidence.The respondents were Grade 2020 Grade 1 and Grade2019 Grade 2 students in Changsha Railway No.1 Middle School.Questionnaire survey method was used to understand the current situation of the students' body posture,the basic causes of bad body posture,the relevant countermeasures were analyzed and used as experimental control variables.Using the literature method and expert interview method on the correction of head forward and round shoulder information,the formation of the reason,and combined with my practical experience compiled into the exercise.The experimental group and the control group were selected.Further,a measurement method combining physical and non-physical measurements,objective and subjective measurements is used.Including measurement of height and weight,BMI calculation;Visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain was used as the experimental indicators of round shoulder and head forward.Head foreinclination(FHA)and round shoulder Angle(FSA)were measured.The six directions of movement of the cervical spine(flexion,extension,left,right,left-handed,and right-handed);Cervical dysfunction index scale(NDI).The experimental group self-programmed shoulder and neck exercise intervention,control group for blank group.From Monday to Friday,exercise and P.E.classes in the afternoon were conducted once a week.In the sixth week,the experiment was conducted for 12 weeks.Mathematical statistics were used to analyze the data before,during and after the test,respectively comparing the situation of the students with intervention and without intervention,and verifying the implementation effect of self-programmed shoulder and neck exercise.Results: 1.The pre-test results showed that the students in the experimental group and the control group did not experience pain due to head tilt and round shoulder,nor did they suffer from cervical function impairment.2.The head tilt Angle and round shoulder Angle of subjects before,during and after testing in the experimental group were all improved,with significant differences(P <0.05).There was no improvement in the control group(P BBB 0 0.05).It shows that the self-programmed shoulder and neck exercises can improve the head forward Angle and round shoulder Angle of the experimental group,and the effect is obviously better than that of the control group.3.In the experimental group,all the subdimensions of cervical mobility were improved(P <0.05),while in the control group,all the subdimensions were not improved(P >0.05).The results indicated that the self-programmed shoulder and neck exercises improved the range of motion of cervical vertebra in the experimental group.Conclusion: 1.Bad body posture habit is an important factor of head forward tilt and round shoulder in high school students.In many cases,the bad body posture of high school students is manifested as a variety of bad posture at the same time,not only a certain bad body posture.2.High school students do not experience neck or shoulder pain from head tilting forward and round shoulders.It also does not impair cervical spine function due to the pain's effect on daily life.3.This set of self-made bare-handed shoulder and neck exercises has a good effect on improving head forward tilt and round shoulder development.Especially for the improvement of the students' head forward tilt,round shoulder Angle and cervical motion.4.Self-made shoulder and neck exercises combined with students' favorite music,greatly improve students' learning interest,simple movements and convenient operation,appropriate time,a certain effect,safety and no side effects,compared with the traditional improvement of movements,this set of self-made shoulder and neck exercises is worthy of promotion.
