Nowadays,ice and snow sports are booming,and the major of ice and snow sports has become the undergraduate major of colleges and universities.As an outdoor sports course with special requirements for field equipment and climate,traditional teaching means and methods should be widely used in the teaching,but also modern education concepts and modern information technology should be used to meet the needs of ice and snow sports teaching and training.Video feedback teaching method is a teaching method which uses recording equipment and real-time teaching information to control the teaching process.It has been applied to the teaching of various subjects and has achieved good teaching effect.Practice has proved that the video feedback teaching method has a good effect on grasping the details of movements,improving the mastery of standardized technical movements and practical application.Therefore,this paper applies the video feedback teaching method to the teaching of plow skiing technology in alpine skiing,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of video feedback teaching method to the teaching of plow skiing technology in alpine skiing through teaching comparison experiment.This paper carries out the modern education concept of student-centered,gives full play to students’ subjective initiative,adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis with the help of modern educational technology,and selects the students majoring in ice and snow sports as the research object.The experimental class and the control class respectively applied the video feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the teaching comparison experiment,combined with the comparative analysis of the performance of technical assessment,reaching the standard and theoretical assessment,and drew the following conclusions:1.Video feedback teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in plow skiing teaching of alpine skiing.2.Video feedback teaching method can accelerate the consolidation of students’ motor skills and the formation of automation,help students establish and consolidate the pattern of motor technology,and improve the application ability of technology.3.Video feedback teaching method helps students to understand and master theoretical knowledge,stimulate their thinking consciousness and hone their thinking and problem-solving ability in the process of watching and analyzing the real-time information feedback.4.Video feedback teaching method has the prominent advantages of earlier teaching information feedback mechanism,more efficient teaching information feedback method and more timely teaching information feedback time.It is helpful to improve the efficiency of classroom time,carry out technical learning and practical operation training more efficiently within limited classroom time,and promote the continuous improvement of technical level.5.In the implementation process of video feedback teaching,there are objective factors such as climate conditions,site environment,as well as subjective factors such as teachers’ teaching management and students’ own conditions,so it is necessary to formulate teaching programs scientifically,arrange organizational forms reasonably and choose teaching sites.6.The whole process of video feedback teaching requires timely information and proper control,and requires teachers to firmly establish modern education concept,constantly improve professional quality,adapt to local conditions,teach and apply this method according to their aptitude.
