| Since the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to ideological and political work,always emphasizi-ng the need to uphold the central role of fostering virtue through education,integrate ideological and political work into the entire process of education and teaching,and achieve all-round,full-cycle,and full-process education(referred to as "three-round education")for all.Ideological and political education in high school plays a significant role in the education of young people.High school ideological and political teachers are at the forefront of education and should actively fulfill their responsibilities,implement the fundamental task of moral education,and effectively achieve educational goals.However,the current issue exists in the capacity of some high school ideological and political teachers,which has had a certain impact on achieving educational objectives.Therefore,how to enhance the educational abilities of high school ideological and political teachers to meet the requirements of the new era has become an urgent issue to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.The introduction section explores the background and significance of the research topic,defines the research approach,research methods,and innovative points.Through extensive literature review,the current research status of the "three-all-round education" concept and teacher’s education ability at home and abroad are summarized,which establishes the foundation for the following research.The second part is an overview of the "three full student development" concept and the related theory of teacher’s capability in student development.Firstly,the connotation,characteristics,and the general capability of teachers in student development of the "three full student development" concept are explained.Then,based on this,the article analyzes the capability of high school ideological and political teachers in student development,highlighting the necessity of improving their capability..The third part is based on interviews with frontline ideological and political education teachers in high school,a questionnaire survey on the current situation of high school ideological and political education classes,and a summary and analysis of the issue of educators’ ability in high school ideological and political education,mainly including: unclear education goals of some high school ideological and political education teachers,outdated education knowledge of some teachers,insufficient value orientation of some teachers,and a lack of diversity in teacher education methods.Under the guidance of the "three full education" concept and combined with the empirical survey results,the article summarizes and analyzes the reasons for these problems,mainly including: Some teachers of ideological and political education in high school hold outdated ideas,a lack of lifelong learning concept among some teachers,inadequate educational reflection by some teachers,unreasonable school teaching assessment mechanisms,insufficient teacher training systems,and the social acceptance of high school ideological and political education is relatively low.The fourth part of this article proposes targeted solutions based on the problems and reasons that arise in the process of cultivating students by high school ideological and political education teachers.Firstly,high school ideological and political education teachers should transform their educational concepts,clarify educational goals,keep up with the times,establish a lifelong learning awareness,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,enhance their sense of political responsibility,pay attention to educational reflection,and promote their ability to cultivate students.Secondly,high schools and education authorities should strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct,enhance their ability to guide values,optimize the assessment and evaluation system,promote the improvement of educational capacity,establish sound training mechanisms,and improve training systems.Finally,society should change its inherent concepts,increase its attention to ideological and political education,strengthen publicity and guidance,create a good atmosphere,increase support,and promote the development of teachers’ ability to cultivate students. |
