The first section of this article is introduction. In introduction, the author offered a detailed explanation about the background, significance, and current situation of this research. Then author gave definitions for the main concepts and pointed out innovation point and drawback of the research approach which was used in this article.The second section is focus on the optimizing of education goal. In this section, the author gave a analysis about the problem on teacher ignoring the design of teaching goal and the dynamic of of teaching target.Then, author offered principles to establish education goal on the basis of the philosophy which should be implemented in the process of education goal establishment. Those principles include comprehensive principle, subject principle, gradation principle, veracity principle, and maneuverability principle. Lastly, two method was established: analyse the stander of text and curriculum, and detaile and definite the teaching target.The third section is optimizing of teaching approach and studying approach. The author addressed the issues of teaching approach and studying approach in current education environment and point out teacher should to use unique approach for different student.At the last of this section, the author gave a detailed introduction for teaching approach and studying approach and then designed education cases.The last section is optimizing of teaching appraisement. The author analyzed the teaching appraisement in high school’s ideology and politics education, and addressed problems about simplex appraisement content and ignoring the difference between individuals, then introduced the diversification principle. The suited approachs are survey approach, conversation approach, and comprehensive review approach.
