Research On The Construction Of Index System For The Inheritance And Development Of Wujiaquan Intangible Cultural Heritage In Xiangtan City

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)that a prosperous culture leads to a prosperous country,and a strong culture leads to a strong nation.Intangible heritage boxing of traditional martial arts is not only an excellent traditional culture of our country,but also an important part of intangible cultural heritage.In June 2021,The State Council announced the fifth batch of national intangible cultural Heritage protection list,xiangtan city declared the "wizard family boxing"into the national traditional sports,recreational arts,acrobatics and other sports,xiangtan after qingshan suona second national intangible cultural heritage project.Combined with the inheritance and development of Xiangtan wujia boxing,it is studied.Based on this,the index system of inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage of Xiangtan Wujia boxing is constructed,which is related to the inheritance and development of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.It is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of folk sports in China,combining with the characteristics of local boxing,enhancing cultural confidence,making local boxing culture become an important local name card,as well as an important magic weapon for national fitness and the construction of sports power.In xiangtan city wu home boxing non-material cultural heritage inheritance and development of index system building as the research object,mainly through literature method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods of xiangtan city non-material cultural heritage wu home boxing the heritage and development of index system,evaluation index system oriented,To promote the inheritance and development of wujia Boxing,an intangible cultural heritage.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through policy interpretation,expert interviews and literature review.Finally,the inheritance and development index system of Wujia Boxing intangible cultural heritage in Xiangtan city was established as four first-level indicators,which were inheritance subject,inheritance content,inheritance way and inheritance effect.12 secondary indicators(inheritance subjects include:inheritor,inheritance organization and government guidance;The contents of inheritance include:material inheritance,technical inheritance and spiritual inheritance;Inheritance methods include inheritance mode,inheritance form,management method and education basis;Inheritance effects include hardware construction and cultural soft power enhancement)and 47 three-level indicators.(2)According to the weight calculation,the weight values of the inheritance subject,inheritance content,inheritance method and inheritance effect of the first-level indicators are 0.4658,0.2771,0.0960 and 0.1611,respectively.(3)The inheritance and development system of Wujia Boxing,the intangible cultural heritage of Xiangtan City,is verified by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis,it shows that the established index system is targeted,scientific and operable.
