| In 2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued opinions on Further Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,requiring all regions and departments to implement them in light of actual conditions.The Dragon Boat Festival has a long history in China.It is not only a grand event of China’s traditional national sports,but also a valuable intangible cultural heritage.This paper takes the evaluation index system of Miluo dragon boat inheritance and development as the research object,uses the field survey method to investigate the actual situation of the inheritance and development of Miluo dragon boat,selects the evaluation indexes related to the inheritance and development of Miluo dragon boat by Delphi method,and determines the weight value and consistency test by analytic hierarchy process.Based on this,the evaluation index system of Miluo dragon boat inheritance and development is constructed.According to build the index system of evaluation method for Mimi,scientific and comprehensive evaluation on the heritage and development of dragon boat racing,Mimi’s dragon boat for the future development in the heritage and development of ideas,promote Mimi on state-level non-material cultural heritage list,dragon boat process,promote the sustainable development of folk sports in our country,the construction of sports power is of great significance.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through literature review,relevant policy documents,combined with visiting and investigating the basic situation of Miluo Dragon boat inheritance and development and two rounds of expert evaluation,and calculating the weight of indicators,finally determined 7first-level indicators,22 second-level indicators,and 80 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators and their weights are: inheritance subject 0.2881,local primary and secondary schools 0.1205,government and relevant functional departments 0.2096,local citizens 0.0934,dragon boat culture 0.1265,dragon boat industry 0.0629,and dragon boat race 0.0990.(2)using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to Mimi’s dragon boat heritage and development evaluation index system of verification,according to the established evaluation index,the selection of mi-luo people at all levels of dragon boat association and provincial experts to evaluate Mimi ROM heritage and development of dragon boat racing,scoring results show that the two parties to the present stage mi-dragon boat heritage and development level of evaluation level,It is proved that the evaluation index system is reasonable and feasible.(3)In-depth interview to explore the current situation of Miluo dragon boat inheritance and development,combined with experts’ comments on the inheritance and development of Miluo dragon boat,the following problems appear in the inheritance and development of Miluo dragon boat: the weakening of the inheritance subject,the loss of traditional skills;Local primary and secondary schools are reserve talent training has not caused attention;Government too much organization and management,the loss of the original folk flavor;The absence of participants,the apathy of the people;Dragon boat culture connotation is missing,brand building needs to be optimized;The dragon boat industry structure is single,the market standard is not standard;Dragon boat race has not been returned to the civil society,the publicity and promotion efforts are not enough. |
