A Research On The Influence Of Active Aging On The Participation Willingness Of Elderly Volunteers In The JQ Community Of Jingzhou City

With the aging situation in China becoming more and more serious,how to alleviate the aging problem has become an urgent problem to be solved in our society,different from the previous model of solving the pension problem,active aging will solve the aging problem of the main body from the society,family to the elderly group itself,let the elderly group through the form of social participation,re-invest in social development,not only solve the elderly group of the pension problem,but also promote the development of society,and participate in volunteer activities is the most effective way for the elderly group to participate in society.Based on this,this paper takes JQ Community in Jingzhou City as an example to investigate and study the influencing factors of the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate in urban communities,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the participation of elderly volunteers in volunteer services.Based on the theory of active aging and based on questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,this paper conducts questionnaire survey on the subjects in line with the study,and then uses SPSS software to analyze the collected information,and further constructs a binary logistic regression model according to the summarized data information,and explains and analyzes the impact of different factors on the participation of elderly volunteers in volunteer service according to the model interpretation.Through this study,it can be concluded that the influencing factors of elderly volunteers’ participation in community volunteer services are mainly divided into four levels: personal basic information,health status,participation status,and security situation.In subsequent regression analysis,this article concludes that age and political outlook in the basic situation have a significant negative impact on the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate,and the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate decreases with age Older volunteers with a deeper public base also have lower willingness to participate;In the basic situation,income and available free time per day have a significant positive impact on the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate.The higher the income level,the higher the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate in community volunteer services.The more available free time per day,the higher the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate in community volunteer services.In terms of participation,the participation of urban and rural community organizations and the participation of relatives/friends in volunteer activities have a significant positive impact on the willingness of elderly volunteers to participate in community volunteer services.Both elderly volunteers who participate in community volunteer services through community organization participation channels have a higher willingness to participate in community volunteer services,and elderly volunteers who participate in community volunteer services through relatives/friends recommendation participation channels have a higher willingness to participate in community volunteer services;The factors of achieving higher levels of spiritual satisfaction and self actualization have a significant positive impact on the willingness to participate in volunteer activities,that is,elderly volunteers who achieve higher levels of spiritual satisfaction and self actualization have a higher willingness to participate in community volunteer services.
