Study On The Ability Learning Of Retired Elderly Volunteers To Participate In Day Care Service

Volunteering for retired seniors has become a hot topic in the community.This study from the perspective of the present problem retired elderly volunteer service ability,to take care of retired old people to participate in the daytime service this way as the foothold,and applies the method of social work team work to study the retired elderly volunteer day care service motivation,service ability and facing the difficulty in volunteer service activities and the ability to participate in volunteer service after studying results,and on the basis of these specific problems and practical difficulties,volunteer service capacity study training and discusses a solution to the problem of the service difficult to promote the retired elderly volunteer service ability.Before this paper,researchers have had a lot of contact with interviewees,and through the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities,through the observation of research phenomena or behavior,to collect relevant data and understand the phenomenon.In addition,this paper also USES interview method to collect data,analyze and interpret,and put into the previous understanding of researchers.Through the discussion and review of related researches in the past,relevant theories are cited,and continuous reflection is taken as the basis for the analysis of this research topic.This paper discusses the service experience of retired elderly volunteers who participate in voluntary service,and gets rid of the stereotype and limitation of the role of retired elderly people in traditional society in the process of learning their participation ability,and improves their volunteer service ability.This study draws the following conclusions through analysis: there are multiple learning motivations for the ability of retired elderly volunteers to participate in day care services,including selfish motivation,altruistic motivation and social motivation.Through the group,the retired elderly volunteers acquired the specific service capabilities of bath,physical therapy,accompanying care,health promotion activities,recreational activities and hair cutting services.Both formal and informal measures have been taken to address the service difficulties faced by retired elderly volunteers.In terms of the effect after the ability learning,not only the volunteer service ability was improved,but also the retired elderly volunteers had a positive improvement on their self-aging values after the ability learning.
