Research On The Group Work Model Of "one Old And One Small"

With the continuous development of social work in China in recent years,the service content of urban communities has become increasingly rich and varied,and the quality of services has been continuously improved.In particular,community service projects for the elderly and children have emerged one after another.Most of these professional services are carried out using group work methods,case work methods or integrated social work methods,which greatly alleviate the difficulties and problems faced by the clients.In the service process,how to choose the appropriate professional method model or combine the local practice method innovation to enhance the service effect and further improve the welfare of the client is a problem that social workers often think about.Based on the social work project service practice that the author participated in,this paper explores and summarizes a relatively new group work mode,namely the “An elder and a child” group work mode.This model draws on the theoretical perspectives of social learning theory and interaction theory.It is a service model based on the development of the group work model and the methodological skills of the interactive model.The main service target is the community empty nest elderly and the lower grades.For children,the main goal of the service is to enhance the social function of empty nesters and lower grade children.The paper discusses the possibility and feasibility of carrying out the work of “An elder and a child” group.Based on the development model and interactive mode,combined with the author's practice of “An elder and a child”group service in the S community of Tiexi District,Shenyang,"An elder and a child" group work model framework.The "An elder and a child" group work mode breaks the form of only one type of service object in the traditional group work mode,and combines the two types of service objects of the elderly and the lower grade children in a pioneering manner,and has achieved good service results.The “An elder and a child” group activity of the S communityhas indeed brought the distance between the empty nesters and the lower grades in the group,which has formed a good interaction and promoted the common improvement and self-development of the team members in social functions..The "An elder and a child" group work mode is an expansion of the group work development model,and its essence is still the development model.The emergence of this model has certain contingency,that is,the service community where the author is located is generally in high service quality due to the tight service ground and the service target(empty nest elderly).Under the supervision of the recommendation,the implementation is achieved through the positive response of the service target.of.Therefore,the "An elder and a child" group work mode has limitations on the choice of service objects and the requirements for the comprehensive quality of social workers.But these limitations will not obscure the reference and reference that the group's working model can play in similar real social work services.
