Research On The Influence Of Digital Economy Development On Employment Structure

The stability of employment and the protection of people’s lives have become the primary task of current economic development,and the change of employment structure will affect the stability of employment.In recent years,the digital economy has been growing and developing,accelerating the integration of all economic and social fields,not only affecting people’s lives,but also creating a large number of job opportunities and restructuring traditional labor employment,bringing huge opportunities and promoting the improvement of employment structure.On the demand of labor force,the development of digital economy influences the transformation of traditional industry and the improvement of employment and the realization of structural optimization by adjusting the knowledge capital and production factors of the alternative relationship between industrial structure;Working on the stock supply of human capital can effectively make use of digital technology dividend,improve the efficiency of human capital,empower the labor force to go to a higher level and accelerate the optimization of the employment structure.Therefore,from the perspective of development to look at the impact of labor supply and demand,some important research digital economy in China’s employment restructuring of the employment trend of understanding China’s digital economy era as the background.We will promote the improvement and optimization of the employment structure and realize the national strategic goal of "giving priority to stable employment and protecting people’s lives".Using data from 2010 to 2019,it examines the impact of digital economy development on industrial employment structure.The study represents the digital economy in four ways:the level of information,the level of Internet development,the level of digital transactions and digital innovation competition.The results show that this variable is acting on it,promoting the employment structure oriented by high manufacturing,high technology and high skills.However,developing the digital economy in the early stage of development will result in a relative decline in employment sector secondary,high-tech industries and highly qualified workers,and eventually develop with the digital economy to achieve high-level manufacturing,high-tech and high skills.A maximum test execution effect shows the threshold value,the threshold impact on improving the industrial structure and stock human capital is important and has a gain effect,that is,when improving the industrial structure,human capital and stock through a certain threshold,technological and economic progress will have a great impact on the structure.In order to continue to play the role of digital economy in optimizing employment structure,firstly,we should improve relevant laws and regulations,so that laws and regulations are more perfect and better developed.Second,in terms of labor supply,we should modernize the education system,establish an efficient and feasible employee training and evaluation system,it can bring a lot of highly educated talents to the economy of technology.Finally,with regard to labor demand,restrictions on administrative approval,fiscal policy and access to funds should be eased as appropriate.Accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises across all industries and industries.Therefore,its development is conducive to optimizing the employment structure.
