| The mastery of basic motor skills determines the level of sports and the frequency of participation in sports activities.Mastering more basic motor skills will help children develop good motor habits,and enable children to acquire more motor skills,which will stay with children for a lifetime.Starting from the definition of basic motor skills,this paper evaluates the master degree of basic motor skills of Level 1students through the evaluation scale of basic motor skills TGMD-3,discusses the relationship between the development of basic motor skills of Level 1 students and physical quality,and understands the internal coupling relationship between basic motor skills and physical quality.Help children better develop basic motor skills,promote the healthy development of children’s physical quality,develop good exercise habits.Students at level 1 of xxx primary school were selected as test objects,and their basic motor skills and physical quality were tested by gross motor development measurement(TGMD-3)and National Student System Health Standard respectively,so as to understand the development level of basic motor skills and physical quality of Level 1 students.On this basis,the correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to analyze the correlation between basic motor skills and physical quality and the influencing factors of the development of students’ basic motor skills.Through the research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The average score of displacement skills of level1 students was higher than that of manipulation skills.The average score of running,sideslip and jumping on one foot in displacement skills of girls was higher than that of boys;The average score of male students was higher than that of female students in three manipulative skills: overhand throwing,underhand throwing and kicking.Average scores on five of the six basic motor skills tested were higher in second graders than in first graders.(2)The research results of the correlation between basic motor skills and physical fitness are as follows:(1)The research results of level 1 students: there is a negative correlation between running and50 m running skills,a positive correlation between overhand throwing and sitting forward bending,and a positive correlation between one-foot continuous jumping and one-minute rope skipping.(2)Boys in grade one: there is a negative correlation between sideslip and 50 m run;There is a negative correlation between running and 50-meter running skills.There is a positive correlation between one leg continuous jumping and one minute rope skipping.(3)Female students in grade One: there is a negative correlation between running and 50 m running skills;There is a positive correlation between overhand pitching and seated forward flexion.There is a positive correlation between kick bending and sitting front.There is a positive correlation between one-minute rope skipping and sideslip;There is a positive correlation between one leg continuous jumping and one minute rope skipping.(4)For boys in grade two,there is a negative correlation between side sliding and 50 m running;There is a negative correlation between running and50-meter running skills.There is a positive correlation between overhand pitching and seated forward flexion.There is a positive correlation between one leg continuous jumping and one minute rope skipping.(5)Second grade girls: running skills and 50 meters running there is a negative correlation;There is a positive correlation between running skill and seated flexion.There is a positive correlation between overhand pitching and seated forward flexion.There is a positive correlation between overhand throw and seated forward bend.(3)The linear regression analysis of physical fitness and the total score of basic motor skills draws the conclusion: 50 meters running,sitting forward bend,one-minute rope skipping skill score affects the total score of basic motor skills;The score of 50 meter running skill affects the achievement of displacement skill;Sitting forward bending and one-minute rope skipping affect the performance of control skills.The linear regression analysis of physical fitness and basic motor skills shows that the score of one-minute rope skipping affects the score of one-legged continuous jumping.The score of 50-meter running and sitting forward bend affects the score of running skill;The score of the seated forward bend affects the score of the overhand throw.Other basic motor skills are not directly affected by physical fitness.(4)The degree of mastery of basic motor skills is affected by gender and age.Students of different genders and grades have different degrees of mastery of basic motor skills.Boys are generally better than girls in mastering manipulative skills,and girls are generally better than boys in mastering displacement skills.Students in grade Two are better than students in grade one in mastering the same skills.The results show that the mastery of basic motor skills is highly correlated with large muscle groups,flexibility and coordination.The higher the score on the basic motor skills test,the better the performance on the physical fitness test.The two complement each other. |
