A Study Of The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Safety Management Of Vocational Students In Post-Practice

Ningbo is the first demonstration city of "Made in China 2025",while vocational schools provide a large number of talents and service support for "Wisely Made in Ningbo ".Every year,in our country,more than 10 million vocational school students participate in post-practice.According to the statistics of 2013,around 30% of those interns may suffer from accidents during their internship.The security issue in post-practice has gradually gained attention.The occurrence of accidents in post-practice will not only infringe on interns' life and their legal interest,but also seriously concerns both schools and enterprises in organizing practicum programs,disheartening both sides to continue to carry out this kind of activity.This will distance the realization of the goal of vocational education.Therefore,it is urgent for the government,schools,enterprises and parents cooperate collaboratively to attend to the safety issues during internship,improve regarding laws and regulations,perfect the security and insurance system and build up an effective security management mechanism for post-practice.Scientifically manage internship so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of safety accidents during internship.This thesis examines the status of safety management of internship of secondary vocational students adopting document analysis,and deeply analyses the dilemma of safety management of those students' post-practice.It also presents possible relevant solutions as well as suggestions and strategies for Ningbo's education management to advance the safety management in internship,through analyzing the problems and cause by qualitative and quantitative research method,like student interviews and surveys on students from 4 vocational school in Ningbo CityThe first part lies on the problems occurring in practicum,raising the purpose and significance of the dissertation.Based on the summary of the related research results on safety management of post-practice of secondary vocational students at home and abroad,it is found that most of the studies abroad are macro-research on the training system and system of Vocational education but no such statement like post-practice in China.Then focusing on China,it mainly studies the internship of Vocational College students,yet little research concerning the ones in secondary vocational schools.Thus,given the current situation,this research bears prominent theoretical value and practical significance.The second part defines the concept of "safety management of post-practice for secondary vocational students" and defines the research objectives.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,iceberg principle,broken window theory and other safety management theories,it studies the problems in the security management of post-practice for secondary vocational studentsThrough case studies and questionnaire survey,the status of safety management in postpractice for secondary vocational students is described and discussed in the third part.With the help of data analysis,this paper summarizes the most common,or say,key problems in the safety management of post-practice for secondary vocational students and seeks feasible solutions.In the next chapter,the paper introduces the author's thoughts of the strategies about how to construct the safety management mechanism of post-practice for secondary vocational students.Pre-job safety education to raise students' safety consciousness,perfect legal aid,social security mechanism and the establishment of crisis prevention and treatment mechanism for post-practice of secondary vocational students are the ways to secure students' safety,which require the concerted efforts from parents,schools,government and enterprises in order to be implemented.At last,considering the characteristics of secondary vocational education in Ningbo,the suggestions fall on establishing better system of the responsibilities of safety management of school post-practice,enriching the ways,forms and content of safety education for internship,investigating and preventing latent dangers and risks in post-practice,consulting typical and effective cases of dealing with Ningbo's medical disputes for reference and fully utilizing the function of insurance assisting social management.
