With the rapid development of preschool education,the demand for preschool teachers has increased sharply,which puts forward higher requirements for preschool teachers' pre-service training.Post practice is an important link for preschool education students to test their learning results and adapt themselves to their jobs.It plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of preschool teachers' pre-service training.Strengthening the management of students' post practice is an important grasp to strengthen practice teaching and improve the quality of personnel training in vocational schools.Taking three secondary vocational schools in Tangshan as an example,this paper,which investigates and studies the out-of-school practice of preschool education in secondary vocational schools from various angles,conducts a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the post practice management system of preschool education in secondary vocational schools from the current situation investigation to the problem analysis.First of all,in order to understand the current status of preschool post practice in secondary vocational schools,this paper investigates three secondary vocational schools in Tangshan through data collection and comparative analysis.From the point of view of post practice,this paper analyzes the problems existing in preschool education in secondary vocational schools,such as unstable practice cooperation,mere practice management,incomplete practice guarantee,and too general practice evaluation.The reasons are analyzed on this basis,which lays a solid practical foundation for the construction and research of post practice management model of preschool students in vocational schools.Secondly,based on the five-stage theory of career development,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the design of practice management mode of preschool education in secondary vocational schools.Combining with five docking theories,this paper also analyzes the basic concepts,basic ideas and basic principles of post practice management mode.It has laid a solid theoretical foundation for research on the construction of post practice management mode for pre-service students in secondary vocational schools.Thirdly,on the basis of the above,this paper puts forward five constructions: that is to build a clear target system of post practice,a comprehensive and meticulous content system of post practice,a scientific and rigorous management system of post practice,a practical and efficient post practice security system,and a multi-effective post practice evaluation system.Through these five constructions,this paper puts forward a clear plan to construct the post practice management mode of preschool education in secondary vocational schools,and provides a reference for each school to effectively promote post practice.At present,preschool education in secondary vocational schools is an important force to train kindergarten teachers.To improve quality of pre-servicel training in secondary vocational schools,we should attach great importance to the post practice of students.Through post practice,students can effectively improve their professional identity and good professional quality,realize the organic combination of preschool education theory knowledge and practice experience of kindergarten?And eventually secondary vocational schools can achieve the purpose of training kindergarten teachers in line with the requirements of kindergartens.
