Study On The Process Management Of Post Practice Of Vocational And Technical Higher College Students

Post practice is one of the important segments to foster higher skilled talent, and the quality of it will directly influence the foster target of vocational higher education. By far, there have been many prompting problems in the post practice, and therefore, the management of this segment is one of the major tasks for the improvement of professional higher educations. The research of process management of post practice will enhance the level of gradstudents, standalize the management of workplacement and foster the vocational preparation.The earliest process management was applied in the management in enterprise. Nowadays, people gradually recognize its importance to organizational management, and so is to the educational management. The process management is the quality control of every part in the organizational management, that is to design, control and improve of the major section in the organization, so as to ensure the realization of the good effect and target. Through inquiry and interview, we find the main problems of the workplacement in the higher vocational educations are like below:lack of preparations in the schools, inefficient supervision and instruction, and being superficial. Digging into the problems, there are mainly two reasons. On one hand the incomplete policies make the workplacement a weak situation in the schools, and the companies values more about their own interest, without enough social duty and responsibility. Secondly, the schools and students don’t pay enough attention to it. To solve it, we should discusses the problems and current situation, as well as follow the manage mode in Germany, Australia, and Singapore. Meanwhile, we should establish a healthy and stronger legislation system for the management of post practice and improve the inner system through three periods:preparation, conduction and evaluation.
