Research On Safety Management Of Students' Post Practice In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,China's social and economic structure transformation,industrial structure adjustment,in talent supply and demand contradictions.On the one hand,enterprises lack of skilled talents,technology,on the other hand,the students of vocational schools develop but difficult to employment.To solve this contradiction,in the case of university-enterprise cooperation unceasingly thoroughly,field work personnel training mode arises at the historic moment.Field work system is one of the traditional apprenticeship in the current market economy condition for an innovative talent training,and the integration of modern vocational education is a kind of new education model,field work personnel training mode can better to integrate education resources of school and enterprise,achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.With the advancement of reform of vocational education,a field work personnel training mode in achieving vocational education marketization,the implementation of the demand for the development of practical skills and theoretical indoctrination balance,promote the innovation of vocational school curriculum system has more advantages,and become the important content of the reform of the national vocational education.However,due to field work system in the process of facilities exist dispersion and social characteristics,makes the student safety management appear certain vulnerabilities.This study defense industry professional technology institute in yunnan province as a case,through the analysis of the existing field work students safety management mode,with the methods of questionnaire and interview,in-depth analysis of the sample field work students safety management of the implementation of the status quo,summed up the samples in the student the implementation of safety management of advantages and disadvantages,and on this basis,put forward by perfecting the vocational colleges students field work safety management system design,set up specific field work safety management goal,improve the system of scientific comprehensive evaluation of field work,conscientiously implement the school field work management method and other measures to reform the existing safety management,further play to the advantages of field work personnel training model,which can provide reference for other similar school and thinking,promote vocational education field work safety management and sustainable development.
