| As China enters a new stage of development,the important position and role of vocational education are becoming increasingly prominent.The main purpose of secondary vocational education is to cultivate applied and skilled talents for national development.The practical training course“Web Design and Production” is the core course for computer application majors in secondary vocational schools.It aims to cultivate students’ ability to use computers to develop web design and improve their professional literacy.Since its establishment in 2004,the CDIO engineering education concept has been recognized by the academic and industry through years of research and practice,forming a more systematic CDIO teaching concept and a complete CDIO teaching model.The CDIO concept has cultivated a group of professional and skilled talents with solid academic knowledge,outstanding professional skills,and strong interpersonal skills for society.The teaching concept of project based teaching method is based on the working process of professional positions,with students as the main body,teachers as the leading factor,and vocational ability cultivation as the core.It is a teaching method that combines work and learning.Integrating the CDIO concept into the project teaching method can enhance students’ system engineering technical capabilities during the project production process,using the life cycle from product development to product operation as the carrier.This article takes the computer application major of Grade 2020 in a vocational and technical college in Guizhou as the research object,and applies the CDIO based project teaching method to the teaching of the practical training course “Web Design and Production”,and conducts a practical research on project teaching.This study is divided into three parts.The first part is theoretical research(Chapters 1-2),which uses the literature research method to find relevant literature related to the thesis and analyzes the current situation of CDIO teaching methods and project based teaching research in China.Clearly define the relevant concepts of this article,and elaborate on the theoretical basis on which this article is based.The second part of the practical research(Chapter 3-5)starts with an analysis of the practical training course “Web Design and Production”in secondary vocational schools in terms of course nature,course characteristics,and course content.Based on a questionnaire survey of research subjects,the feasibility analysis is conducted and teaching implementation strategies are formulated.Secondly,I designed four teaching projects and wrote a teaching design.Each project was taught in accordance with the four steps of “conception,design,implementation,and operate “.Finally,in order to conduct research implementation and effect analysis,teaching practice was conducted in the experimental class.Through student work,questionnaire survey results,classroom observation,and student interviews,the teaching effect was tested and reflected,and the applicability and effectiveness of CDIO in the teaching of the “Web Design and Production” training course in secondary vocational schools were summarized.The third part is the research summary,reflection,improvement,and outlook(Chapter 6).Research has found that through experimental teaching conducted using the CDIO based project based teaching method,students have developed a strong interest in web design,gained theoretical knowledge and operational skills related to web design courses,performed more actively and confidently in the classroom,and improved their team work ability and external presentation ability.The experimental results show that the project based teaching method based on CDIO is feasible and practical in the teaching of the practical training course “Web Design and Production”in secondary vocational schools. |
