Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Parent Schools In Urban Primary Schools

Primary school parent school is the main way to educate,serve parents and improve parents’ ability and literacy.It is of great significance to study the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of urban primary school parent school.City elementary parents school refers to attend elementary school students’ parents in the area of the city as the main object,for the sake of enhancing the quality and level of family education,teaching basic theories and scientific methods of family education is the main content,according to the parents,elementary student’s education needs,education training of flexible for parents to keep adult education institutions.Based on central province city of four elementary school parents school as the research object,to 1269 parents and 121 teachers of questionnaire survey,and random interview 5 five parents and teachers,the results show that the parents to participate and involved in gap action,participation main body is given priority to with mother,participate in the form and content of local development,participate in the harvest more apparent;Weak teaching resources,teaching materials,teachers,funds difficult to implement;The main body of the activity organization is the school,with many organizational difficulties and lack of management system.The overall satisfaction of parents with parent schools is higher,and the satisfaction of male parents is higher than that of female parents.Compared with other occupations,managers of government organs,public institutions,private entrepreneurs and individual businesses are more satisfied with the teaching staff,environmental facilities and organizational management of parent schools,while the age,educational background and family structure of parents are higher in the teaching staff,environmental facilities There is no significant difference in satisfaction in the dimension of organization and management.In order to solve the problems existing in parent schools,We should fully coordinate,give full play to the power of the government,schools,families and social subjects,change parents’ awareness and promote male parents’ active participation;Strengthen post service training and train the reserve army of family education instructors;Give play to the role of the community and strengthen the participation of the third party;Determine the development subject and highlight the practicality of educational content;Establish an evaluation mechanism and create a good working environment.
