| Home-school cooperation is a trinity education based on the cooperation of student center,school,family and community in order to improve the quality of education.With the proposal of education with people’s satisfaction,parents,as the direct participants and beneficiaries of home-school cooperation,research on parents’ satisfaction has become an important topic in China’s current education research.At the same time,with the continuous advancement and deepening of education reform,home-school cooperation as an important content of school education,especially in the stage of basic education,its practice degree and quality directly affect the quality of talent training.At present,the theoretical research of home-school cooperation in China has become increasingly mature,but the practice of home-school cooperation is still in its primary stage.Therefore,active research on home-school cooperation from the perspective of parents can help primary schools to explore ways to improve the practice of home-school cooperation,improve the quality of co-education,and finally achieve the strategic goal of education that people are satisfied with.This study overlapping influence domain theory and the theory of customer satisfaction,the two primary schools in Guangxi Guilin city as the sample,relying on Epstein "school,family and community partners: operation manual-six types of participation framework","jiangxi province institutionalized parent-school cooperative scheme(garden)standard" build parent-school cooperative parents satisfaction index system.Questionnaire survey,interview and other methods were used to understand and analyze the current situation of school cooperation practice,parent-school cooperation satisfaction and its influencing factors.The questionnaire statistical analysis of this study is divided into two levels: the first level is the statistical analysis of the current situation of home-school cooperation practice,and the number of participants in Z and Y schools are 667 and 1022,respectively.The second level is the statistical analysis of parent-school cooperation satisfaction.Based on the condition of "answering all satisfaction questions in the questionnaire",266 and 467 effective cases are selected from 667 students in school Z and 1022 students in school Y to participate in the satisfaction survey.Spss23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.The results showed that: The current situation of home-school cooperation between private and public primary schools in urban areas and the satisfaction of parents were close to each other,at a relatively satisfactory level;The outstanding problems of home-school cooperation are the lack of organization and guarantee of home-school cooperation and the lack of family education guidance and service.The individual differences of parents have certain influence on the satisfaction evaluation of home-school cooperation;Community participation in educational practice is not high,the way is single.At the same time,through interviews with 10 parents with different background information,it is found that some parents’ lack of cooperation subject consciousness and confidence,related system construction of home-school cooperation,school publicity,after-school service quality,education level of community participation and other factors have an important impact on parents’ satisfaction with home-school cooperation.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview analysis,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement from four aspects :(1)establishing and improving the legal system related to home-school cooperation at the national level,and establishing special financial support;(2)The school should actively promote the development of homeschool cooperation organization and guarantee mechanism,the improvement of family education guidance and services,and the construction of relevant platforms;(3)Teachers,parents and students should improve their own skills and qualities;(4)Communities should strengthen their participation and play a coordinating and participating role... |
