As China’s vocational education enters a new stage of high-quality development,it is urgent to enhance the adaptability of vocational education talent cultivation.In April 2021,the National Vocational Education Conference officially proposed a new comprehensive education model of "on-the-job course competition certificate".The theoretical and practical value of the comprehensive education model of "on-the-job course competition certification" is receiving increasing attention,and a new wave of promoting vocational education reform and development has also emerged at all levels and regions using on-the-job course competition certification as a starting point.This study is based on Taylor’s curriculum theory and Luman’s social system theory as theoretical support.Using methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview,the preschool education major of H College is taken as the research object.In response to the current problems in the curriculum reform of vocational education,230 questionnaires were distributed online,and 216 questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 93.91%;There are a total of211 valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 97.69%.The survey found that there are five main problems in the current curriculum reform of vocational education,namely: firstly,the comprehensive education theory needs to be improved;Secondly,the operational mechanism is not yet sound;Thirdly,the curriculum does not match talent cultivation;Fourthly,the steps of curriculum reform are not yet clear;Fifth,the synergy of curriculum reform needs to be improved.In response to the above issues,this study proposes five optimization strategies:firstly,to reflect on the value of the comprehensive education model of job course competition certification;The second is to clarify the logical system of the "on-the-job course competition certificate" education model;Thirdly,establish an operational mechanism for the curriculum reform of "on-the-job course competition certification";Fourthly,scientifically carry out the curriculum reform of on-the-job course competition certification;The fifth is to strive for the support of all parties in favor of the curriculum reform of "Post Course Competition Certificate",in order to promote the implementation of the comprehensive education concept of "Post Course Competition Certificate" in vocational colleges,thereby improving the quality of talent cultivation in preschool education,deepening teaching reform,and serving the high-quality development of vocational education.
