Research On The Reform Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Curriculum Construction In Jinan Preschool Teachers College

Ji'nan preschool teachers' college is a junior college approved by the Ministry of education in 4 period in 2011.It is not long to enter colleges and universities.As a course of artistic gymnastics,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the curriculum to meet the needs of the development of the school and the training of talents.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis,this paper compares the teaching objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods and teaching models,assessment and evaluation methods as well as teaching conditions,and compares the construction of the similar colleges and universities,and diagnoses the preschool College of Ji'nan preschool teachers' college.Problems in the construction of Rhythmic Gymnastics Courses for Education Majors:At present,the teaching goal of the course of artistic gymnastics for preschool education in Ji'nan junior high school is not clear enough;the teaching content of the rhythmic gymnastics is lagging behind,the phenomenon appears disjointed with the development of the times and the post demand;the teaching methods and examination of rhythmic gymnastics also exist out of the old and single practical problems;the teaching and software and hardware conditions are all inadequate,There is a shortage of teachers and faults in the teaching staff.Suggestions for reform are put forward:1.according to the requirements of the curriculum plan of pre school education in higher vocational colleges,closely combining the development of the times and the needs of the society,the course of rhythmic gymnastics is changed from subject type to professional ability,so as to improve the physical quality adapted to the professional characteristics.Further clears the primary position of the vocational spirit training target in the teaching goal of the rhythmic gymnastics,in order to learn the teaching,enhance the interest and practicality,and improve the students' enthusiasm for learning.2.rhythmic gymnastics course is an important part of the training program for preschool education professionals,which plays an important role in improving the overall quality of preschool teachers.It is also an important index to test whether preschool teachers can scientifically organize morning exercises and outdoor sports activities in kindergartens,and whether they can be competent for the job of kindergarten teachers.We should further improve and build a scientific,rational and complete system.
