| Curriculum reform has always been the core and difficulty of deepening education reform.In recent years,vocational colleges actively cooperate with industry enterprises to carry out the curriculum research and development.Higher vocational colleges have made certain achievements in the curriculum reform after years of efforts,especially preschool education in higher vocational education.According to the requirements of childcare and the kindergarten teachers’ professional qualification standards,preschool Education reformed the course system and teaching content,and established the professional ability training course standard,to regulate the basic requirement of the course teaching and improve teaching quality.However,preschool education in higher vocational education is faced with great challenges.For example,curriculum system is unreasonable;Teaching plan elasticity is insufficient;Student course selection is deficient.The fundamental goal of curriculum reform is “all for the development of students”.The curriculum reform in higher vocational education need base on the concept of “student is the main body of learning”.If the curriculum reform wants to achieve substantial results,we must respect students and their learning initiative and learning options.Taking the preschool major in higher vocational education as an example,under the instruction of selective education concept,this study tries to explore a new curriculum system framework and discuss the implementation of security conditions,to change situation and focus on the comprehensive development of students’ professional ability.This study can provide selective education services for students,which provides some references for the higher vocational education curriculum reform.The research includes five parts:In the first part,the author mainly elaborates the research background and defines the relevant concepts.It makes a comprehensive statement of the related literature,especially the present situation of higher vocational education reform,selective education research status at home and abroad and education curriculum reform in vocational colleges to confirm the purpose,content and method of this study.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis of preschool major in higher vocational education under the concept of selective education form three aspects: Marxism’s theory of all-round development of human beings,humanism theory and the theory of multiple intelligences.Based on selective education concept,the third part points out main problems of preschool major in higher vocational education through case analysis and investigation: Electives proportion is too low;Teaching plan elasticity is insufficient;Student course selection is deficient;The teaching way is single.The reason: we ignore the option for students to study;Credit system reform is incomplete;Teaching staff is deficient,Teaching management is imperfect;curriculum resources are deficient.Based on selective education concept,the fourth part expounds the guiding ideology and basic principles of preschool major reform in higher vocational education.This part also builds the selective course system of preschool major reform in higher vocational education and analyzes effect of selective course system.The fifth part puts forward the implementation of selective course system of preschool major in higher vocational education,including the renewal education idea,the improvement of curriculum implementation strategies,strengthening the construction of curriculum,reform of examination methods and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. |
