The Curriculum Reform Of Technical And Skilled Talents Training Oriented To 1 X Certificate System

"The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" puts forward a new design of the vocational and technical skills training system of "diploma certificate + several vocational skill grades certificate"(abbreviated as 1 + X certificate).The implementation of the 1 + X certificate system is the core task of promoting the reform and development of vocational education.1 + X certificate system is an innovation of vocational education talent training mode,an important carrier of close cooperation between vocational colleges,training evaluation organizations and enterprises,and an important measure to improve the quality of vocational education,to implement both education and vocational skill training,and has a distinct role of vocational guidance,which helps to connect talent supply and demand seamlessly.Vocational colleges at all levels should take the initiative to cooperate closely with training evaluation organizations and relevant enterprises,take the practice of 1 + X certificate system as the starting point,innovate the talent training mode,deepen the reform of curriculum system,education and teaching methods and means,continuously improve the quality of education and teaching,and cultivate qualified craftsmen talents for economic and social construction.This paper starts with the introduction of the background,purpose and significance of the1 + X system design,elaborates the necessity of developing the 1 + X certificate system,and puts forward the training mode and curriculum system of innovative talents in vocational colleges and universities,which is the only effective way to implement the 1 + X certificate system smoothly.In order to promote the scientific and orderly implementation of the 1 + X certificate system,the government departments and social forces should actively participate.The government departments should make overall planning and top-level design,improve the national qualifications framework,formulate the national assessment standards for "X" certificates,establish cooperative certification system,lay a solid foundation for reform and build a social oriented sharing information platform.As the construction subject of vocational skill level certificate and standard,training evaluation organization shall be responsible for the quality and reputation of the certificate.The 1+X certificate system will ultimately fall into the school’s education and teaching reforms,based on the principle of equal emphasis on academic education and certificate education,and the integration of documents and certificates,and driven by the new requirements for professional technical skills on the side of the demand for talents,continue to deepen the reform of the talent training model,improve the collaborative and diversified cooperation with training evaluation organizations,enterprises and other multiple subjects,reconstruct the new plan of talent training,build a new curriculum system,determine the core curriculum,and innovate the "1+X certificate" teaching methods and means,building a double-qualified teaching innovation team,and so on.To implement the 1+X certificate system reform,talents are the first element.Vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of teachers team,train teachers with double teachers through cooperation between schools and enterprises,integration of production and education and combination of engineering and learning,and jointly build a teaching innovation team with the enterprise and training evaluation organization,organize teachers to participate in the training of "X" certificate skills,and constantly improve the consciousness and enthusiasm of teachers in developing 1 + X talent training.The system construction is the basic guarantee to promote the implementation of the training of 1 + X talents.Vocational colleges should formulate and improve the rules and regulations that are suitable for the 1 + X certificate system,such as credit system,curriculum replacement system,multiple selection and management of certificates,talent evaluation system,etc.On this basis,this paper takes the Internet of Things technology of the author’s school as the pilot major of the 1+X certificate system,and compares the technical skills requirements of the "Vocational Skills Level Certificate for Sensor Network Application Development(Intermediate)" to discuss the implementation of the document certificate integration "1+X" certificate system education and teaching reform practice.The point of view of this paper is that the implementation of the "1 + X" system is not only an innovation to deepen the reform of vocational education personnel training,but also an innovation of vocational education system,and a major breakthrough in the construction of vocational education system in China.The implementation of the 1+X certificate system will surely promote the deepening of vocational education reform.
