| With the passage of the "double reduction" policy,primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage have successively implemented burden reduction measures,and mobile phones are one of the "five managements" in the "double reduction".This study takes junior high school students as the research object to understand and analyze the current situation and characteristics of their mobile phone dependence,and explore the effectiveness of NLP group psychological counseling courses on mobile phone dependence for junior high school students.This study firstly used the "Mobile Phone Addiction Index " compiled by Liang Yongchi,and took the first-year junior high school students from a middle school in Nanchang as the survey object,and conducted the survey on the first-year junior high students,and a total of 201 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the results of the questionnaire,students with a high degree of mobile phone dependence were regarded as subjects.According to the principle of voluntariness and the results of the homogeneity test,they were divided into a course group of 28 students and a noncourse group of 31 students.Secondly,a group psychological counseling course program based on NLP was designed,and 6 NLP group psychological counseling courses were implemented for the course group,and no intervention was performed for the non-course group.Finally,the implementation effect of the NLP group psychological counseling course was evaluated through data and feedback by comparing the pre-test and post-test of the course group and the non-course group.Results:1.Junior high school students have a high level of mobile phone dependence.2.Junior high school students’ mobile phone dependence level has no significant difference in gender.3.After the implementation of NLP group psychological counseling courses,the degree of mobile phone dependence in the course group is significantly lower than that before the group counseling course,but there is no significant difference in the pre-test and post-test in the non-course group.Conclusion: NLP group psychological counseling courses can effectively improve the mobile phone dependence of junior high school students,and have certain enlightenment significance for the implementation pathways of mental health education for school workers in the aspect of mobile phone dependence. |
