Implementing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and promoting rural development is an important strategic deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is the key to build a well-off society in an all-round way,promoting the economic and social transformation of the country,and achieving the goal of a modern and powerful country.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,talent is the key.In other words,the modernization of human beings and the training of talents are fundamental.Rural vocational education,as an important way to train rural construction talents,must should the mission of rural revitalization.However,the current functional positioning of rural vocational education and the goals and requirements of rural rejuvenation still cannot be effectively linked,resulting in its inability to provide strong human resource support for rural construction.Therefore,this study takes Parsons' structural functionalism and Schultz's human capitalism as the theoretical basis,and uses the literature method,historical research method,case method,and comparative research method to position the function of rural vocational education in the context of rural revitalization.And the implementation strategy was investigated in depth.Based on careful research,collation and refinement of the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,core concepts and existing literature results,the theoretical basis and contemporary significance of the functional positioning of rural vocational education are expounded.The positioning of educational functions can make it fit into the new environment of rural construction,meet the new requirements of rural revitalization,and improve the quality of its own development.Before systematically sorting out the development and change of the function orientation of rural vocational education in China before entering the new era and summarizing its basic experience,the value pursuit of rural vocational education in the context of rural revitalization was discussed.Based on the AGIL model,the functions of rural vocational education are analyzed.It is considered that rural vocational education has the functions of integration,adaptation,goal achievement and potential model.Based on the policy text,the basic characteristics of rural rejuvenation were explained,including the four aspects of urban-rural integration development,prominent regional characteristics,improvement of poverty alleviation results,and the formation of a civilized rural style,and the correlation between the function of rural vocational education and rural rejuvenation was found.Finally,based on the historical trajectory,experience and related policy requirements of the functional positioning of rural vocational education,determine the value of functional positioning of rural vocational education in the context of rural revitalization.Simultaneously with the "reform",the combination of "strong energy" and "street ambition","promotion" to "lid" gradually.At present,there is an obvious tendency of urbanization in rural vocational education in China,which is inconsistent with the needs of rural construction;the phenomenon of homogeneity is prominent and disconnected from the development of regional characteristics;The reality of alienation from the formation of a civilized township hampered the quality and efficiency of its services for rural revitalization.The reasons are mainly caused by the government's weak support for rural vocational education,the low level of social recognition of rural vocational education,and the limited level of construction of rural vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to take concrete and actionable measures from the six aspects of building a policy system,improving the investment mechanism,enhancing social recognition,changing the school running concept,innovating the school running model,and strengthening the supply and demand docking to break the development predicament of rural vocational education and ensure comprehensive protection It can give full play to its due role in rural revitalization,and effectively promote the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization.
