| Basketball has always been one of the most popular sports events.Since the introduction of basketball to China,it has been deeply loved by the general public,especially among college students who actively participate in basketball cultural activities.Currently,with the increasing number of participants and enthusiasm for basketball in universities,many universities have gradually formed campus cultural activities with basketball as the "main body".Of course,the basketball culture on campus in universities has also been influenced by the development of various competitions,with the NBA league being the most influential.For this reason,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the impact of NBA events on college campus basketball culture,and takes some colleges and universities in Guangdong Province that have performed well in the Super League as the survey objects.Through questionnaires on some students from Shenzhen University,Guangzhou University,Guangdong University of Finance and Economics,Guangdong University of Technology,and Shantou University,we collate data,And use logical analysis to demonstrate the driving effect of NBA matches on campus basketball culture in universities.The results are as follows:(1)More than 70% of surveyed university students believe that their school has a good basketball cultural atmosphere;At the same time,participating in the survey showed that boys had a higher level of love for basketball and basketball culture than girls.(2)More than half of the students participate in basketball at least once a week,and participating in basketball with friends,classroom teaching,and personal exercise are the main forms of participation in basketball;The students who participated in the survey clearly stated that the main purpose of participating in basketball is to entertain and improve their athletic abilities,and more than half of the students stated that basketball can alleviate the learning pressure in daily life and bring positive psychological effects;(3)Nearly 80% of the surveyed students stated that they often care about basketball sports events;Many of them expressed that they often watch video games during the NBA league,mainly through online game broadcasting,and form strong discussions with friends around them,which proves that NBA games have a certain influence in the dissemination of college students;(4)More than 78% of the students said that NBA events can play a positive role in their own outlook on life and sports,which is mainly reflected in the understanding of health values,collectivism ideas,basketball knowledge and skills,etc;(5)Nearly 80% of students expressed that NBA events can enhance the development of campus basketball culture.In addition,some respondents stated that the school’s promotion and corresponding activities for NBA events are not ideal enough,mainly focusing on issues such as publicity efforts,theme activities,and venue facilities construction.In short,in order to better promote the development of campus basketball culture through NBA events,it is necessary to further strengthen the promotion and dissemination of NBA events,carry out relevant themed activities,enhance coordination among various propaganda departments on campus,and accelerate the construction of campus basketball sports facilities to meet the needs of more students. |
