| Research purpose: The four sports college entrance examination projects in Hebei Province include 100 meter running,standing triple jump,in place shot put,and 800 meter running.The explosive power quality is a key factor determining short-term periodic and non periodic sports,and is also an important indicator reflecting the output power of sports.Therefore,how to effectively enhance the explosive quality of students in the four sports college entrance examination,and thereby improve their competitive ability and sports performance,has become the primary issue in the training process.The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of combining unstable resistance training with traditional resistance training and single traditional resistance training,and to explore the improvement effect on the explosive power and sports performance of ordinary high school students in the sports four event college entrance examination,providing reference for future sports four event college entrance examination training.Research methods: This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Taking explosive power as the research object,44 male and female students from the athletics training team of Cangxian No.3 Middle School in Cangzhou City,Hebei Province were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental period is 12 weeks.Before the experiment,they were divided into two groups,with 22 people in each group,15 boys and 7girls.The experimental group used a combination of unstable resistance training and traditional resistance training,while the control group used a single traditional resistance training.After the experiment,the experimental effect was reflected through explosive force test indicators and special test scores.The explosive force test indicators include a 30 meter sprint,vertical jump in place,shot put in a sitting position,and barbell throwing.The special test indicators are 100 meter run,standing triple jump,in place shot put,and 800 meter run.The training plan,movement requirements,venue,equipment specifications,load intensity,and number of practice groups of the two experimental groups are the same,but the experimental group will add unstable factors(such as BOSU ball Bulgarian split leg squat in the experimental group and Bulgarian split leg squat in the control group).The requirements for male and female movements,number of practice groups,and unstable equipment are the same,but the load is different from the weight and pounds of the equipment.The load of female students is smaller than that of male students,and the specific implementation needs to be adjusted based on the students’ own sports ability and training status.Research results:(1)There was no significant difference in basic test indicators,explosive power test scores,and specialized test scores between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(p>0.05).(2)After the experiment,independent sample t-tests were conducted on the test data obtained from the two groups,and inter group comparisons were made between the male and female students in the control group.There was a significant difference(p<0.01)in the test scores of 100 meter running,standing vertical jump touching high,and standing shot put between the experimental group and the control group.There was a significant difference(p<0.05)in the test scores of 30 meter sprint running,sitting shot put,throwing barbell pieces,and standing triple jump.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(p<0.01)in the results of the 100 meter run test between the experimental group and the control group.There was a significant difference(p<0.05)in the results of the 30 meter sprint,in place vertical jump,sitting shot put,throwing barbell pieces,standing triple jump,and in place shot put tests.(3)After the experiment,independent sample t-tests were conducted on the data obtained from the experimental group and the control group.The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference in the test results of the 800 meter race(p>0.05),while the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference in the test results of the 800 meter race(p>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of unstable resistance training intervention,the explosive power test scores of the experimental group’s male and female students were higher than those of the control group’s male and female students.The study shows that the combination of unstable resistance training and traditional resistance training can effectively improve the explosive power quality of the four sports college entrance examination students.(2)After 12 weeks of non stable resistance training intervention,the experimental group’s male and female special test scores(100 meter run,standing triple jump,and shot put in place)were higher than the control group’s male and female test scores.Research has shown that non stable resistance training combined with traditional resistance training can effectively improve the special test scores of students in the four sports college entrance exams.(3)After 12 weeks of non stable resistance training intervention,the experimental group’s explosive strength test scores and special test scores(30 meter sprint,in situ vertical jump touch high,sitting position shot put,throwing barbell pieces back,100 meter run,standing triple jump,in situ shot put)improved significantly compared to the control group.Research shows that non stable resistance training combined with traditional resistance training can effectively improve the explosive strength quality of students in the four sports college entrance examination. |
