| With the rapid development of our country, the country has also proposed a national fitness plan for the layout of the sports industry,a plan for revitalizing the country through science and education, and a 2022 new curriculum standard for school sports. It can be seen that the demand for sports talents in society is increasing. As one of the important ways to transport sports talents to society, the college entrance examination for sports has always been a focus of attention in past research. From the perspective of the setup of sports college entrance examination projects in Hubei Province, most of them are physical fitness inspection projects, and most of them require good explosive power. It can be seen that explosive power is crucial for sports college entrance examination students.Integrated neuromuscular training,as a new training method,is a comprehensive training that combines general basic functional movement training with specific strength, enhanced training, speed, agility, and balance, with a greater emphasis on explosive power of the lower limbs,as well as meeting the diversified development of modern specialized sports. Therefore,in order to enrich the training methods of sports college entrance examination students and provide new training ideas, this article will explore the impact of integrated neuromuscular training on the explosive force of lower limbs of sports college entrance examination students. This article mainly adopts the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey, experiment, and mathematical statistics to select nearly 41 sports college entrance examination students from the Second High School of Zaoyang City for 8 weeks of intervention training, and randomly divides them into a control group and an experimental group. The experimental group receives integrated mental muscle training, while the control group receives routine physical training. After the end of the 8-week experiment, the data analysis was conducted on the test index scores of the subjects before and after the experiment, and the differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment in five explosive force test indicators(standing long jump, standing vertical jump to touch high,30 meter linear acceleration run, back throw solid ball, barbell squat 1RM)and five sports college entrance examination test items were compared.Result:1.An independent sample T-test was conducted on the explosive force test index scores of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment. The results showed that the experimental group showed significant differences in standing long jump, standing vertical jump to touch high,30 meter straight acceleration run, back throw solid ball, and barbell squat 1RM(P<0.05).2.An independent sample T test was conducted on the scores of the physical education college entrance examination test items between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of the 100 meter,in situ shot put,the second level frog jump, the 800 meter, and the five meter three way test(P>0.05).3.The paired sample T test was conducted on the pre and post test data of the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the five explosive force test indicators and the sports college entrance examination test items before and after the experiment(P<0.01).4.A comparative analysis was conducted between the experimental group and the control group on the improvement range of the five explosive force test indicators and the scores of the sports college entrance examination test items before and after the experiment. The results showed that the experimental group had a greater improvement range in the five explosive force test indicators and the scores of the sports college entrance examination test items than the control group.Conclusion:1.After 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training, statistical analysis was conducted on the scores of explosive force test indicators in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment. The experimental group showed significant changes in standing long jump, standing vertical jump to touch high,30 meter linear acceleration run, back throw solid ball, and barbell squat 1RM,indicating that integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the explosive force level of lower limbs of college sports candidates.2.After 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training, statistical analysis was conducted on the scores of the sports college entrance examination test items in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment. There was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups in the 100 meter,in situ shot put, second level frog jump,800 meter, and five meter three way tests, but the improvement range of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, indicating that integrated neuromuscular training has a positive effect on the improvement of the sports college entrance examination test items.3.After 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training, statistical analysis of the test scores before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group was conducted. It was found that both groups had significant changes, but the improvement rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, indicating that integrated neuromuscular training can be used as a way of high school physical training. |
