With the growing of global competitive sport, the innovation and technology progression of sports training methods lead the development of the sport. Throwing is the physical ability sport events of strength and speed, method and form、load intensity and periodic variation of the resistance strength training influence the explosive power level and performance of throwers directly.High school athletes as the sports reserve force, at this stage training, the throwing athlete resistance strength training is not only have basis and comprehensive, but concentrate more on resistance strength form and construction arrangement of content. The unstable resistance strength and stable are the throwing training two different of common existence. Adding the unstable resistance strength training and scientific periodic training are more to help and promote to recruit neuromuscular、coordination control ability and sport performance compare to the pursuit of absolute strength and training plan of what is missing practice.This thesis utilizes the literature material method、the experimental method、the test method、the mathematical statistic method, to research and analysis the effect of explosive power under the unstable resistance strength periodic training for the high school discus throwing athletes. Taking 10 male discus throwers of No.1 meddle school of Shandong province as the experimental group, dividing into the experimental group and control group. The experimental and control group reconstructing the form at the main training part compare to the past training, meanwhile the experimental group adding the functional unstable resistance strength elements, the control group keeps all variables same with experimental group except single unstable element. After 8 weeks periodic training, according to the six targets and related specific performance to reflect the explosive power of high school discus throwers, and analyze experimental results, draws the following conclusion:1.8 weeks continuous periodic training in some degrees has benefit to all the throwers about six targets and related sport performance.2. The experimental group at 3kg sit push、trunk and whole body explosive targets have higher growth rate compare to the control group in the two period,especially on the second specific period. While the experimental and control group have little difference and improve space at the stand broad jump、30m sprinting and 15s explosive push-up.3. After adding the unstable factor in the periodic strength training, the ecperimental group compare to the control group have different performance improve. Although the 2kg discus with rotational skill is not conspicuous, the coach and trainers reflected that the experimental group at the rationality and stability of the skill movement and the control of the instrument have certain difference.
