| Students’ academic problems have always been a general concern of the society,and the delay in the academic process is an important factor hindering academic progress.Academic procrastination can exist in all stages of learning,and elementary school as the initial stage of a learning career is no exception.The main manifestations of academic procrastination are the inability to complete the academic tasks on time or the learning plan,and there are phenomena such as poor time control and lack of motivation in the learning process.From their own point of view,the influencing factors of academic procrastination mainly include: students complete their schoolwork Emotional state,academic self-efficacy,interest in learning tasks,etc.The workers conducted surveys,interviews and needs assessments with the pupils in the class at 4:30 in the F community.On this basis,the corresponding intervention plan was formulated according to the actual needs of the service objects.The intervention plan was designed under the guidance of social learning theory,and the subjects were involved in time management,emotional control,and academic self-efficacy.Six group activities were carried out for the subjects,and after the end of the service Timely reflect on the service process and summarize practical skills.Through the analysis of the pre-and post-test results of the "Lay General Procrastination Scale" for service objects,the expected goals of group work have basically been achieved,indicating that group work is effective in improving primary school students academic procrastination;and the conclusion is drawn on the basis of summarizing and discussing the service effect The following conclusions: 1.It is very important to help the client face the problem of academic delay first,and then intervene in the specific causes of the client’s academic delay on this basis,and improve academic performance by changing the factors that cause academic delay Delay this issue.2.The involvement of social work in elementary school students academic delays requires long-term continuous intervention;at the same time,it needs to cooperate with schools and families in order to completely eliminate the problem of elementary school students’ academic delays. |
